I came here because we moved and I was told by customer service that this post office is holding mail. I had to go to the mail box window to pick up my mail but the girl took 7 mins with my id and closed the window on me while she walked to the back looking for it or pretending to look for it, then finally opened the window again to tell me that no one can find your mail and casually walked away not caring..I went back to the front to tell them what she said and tgry told me just to call in the morning. Problem is they don’t answer their phone. I tried again this afternoon at 4:00 pm and they still don’t answer even though they are listed as open till 4:30 pm. That’s what happens when they hire a bunch of young lazy people to work there. You know they feel entitled to be lazy. You know what I mean.

I would love to post something nice... but cant! Well... ive had good service at the postal office in Frisco. I have had the same HORRIBLE mailman in little elm for too many yrs to count! This guy is SO DARN LAZY! And he drives a postal car! Many mailman in other cities have to walk. I read all of the comments here and I've had all of their horrible experiences over the yrs but now with him purposefully leaving our mailbox lid open!!! Even when it rains! This is too much! Apparently he gets upset if one of my "Neighbors" guests park anywhere near "our" mailbox, even if it's not blocking at all.. and he leaves the lid open for mail to fly out or blow away, or get wet! I have zero control of who else parks on the street! And no time to run out knocking on my Neighbors door to ask them to ask their guest to move. And they rarely "block" it anyway. He just doesn't want a car anywhere in the street that might make him have to turn his wheel. Grrrr And it is NOT everyday. It's random visits. But now that it has stopped some (Neighbors moved) the mailman still for no apparent reason, won't take the time to close the lid! And NO, the lid is not falling open by it self. It's a brand new mailbox and the lid closes good and tight and holds that way it should IF anyone shuts it. By the way, he does the same to our next door neighbors also! Leaves both our lids open all the time! *neighbors mail box is not attached to ours

So trying to reach someone but no luck. I constantly get other people's mail from not even my neighborhood? Wtf. And constantly have my neighbors delivering my mail. This is a daylie occurrence. If its to damn hard or you can't fix this issue then just leave it all in a tub at our boxes we will distribute our own mail .

Mail delivery person is disgusting lazy. I went to check my mail and a package I had been waiting on has been shoved into the mailbox. Too big of a package into a too small mailbox. Now it’s stuck and wedged in there. Lazy and disrespectful. I now have to waste my time calling the post office who always provides HORRIBLE service to tell them the idiot shoved my package in my mail slot instead of leaving it at my door and now it’s stuck.

Not rain nor sleet nor snow, but if a car is parked within 20 feet of a mailbox then delivery is just too much effort. People park in front of our house all the time and the mailman refuses to deliver our mail like half the time. They aren't even blocking the mailbox.

Little Elm has the worst postal delivery I have ever experienced. Although I have always had bad mail delivery, my current house on Lakeside off of Hardwicke only gets delivery sporadically. I get the informed delivery email and at least half the time I either get nothing or am missing half of what the USPS say I have today. I'm very tempted to get a UPS box but why when our tax dollars and postage pay for the USPS. I wished we could put it to a vote and if the American Public agrees, I would shut down the USPS and turn everything over to private companies.

I know people only post reviews when they have a complaint but I have been pleasantly surprised at our local Post Office. There never seem to be long lines, the agents are friendly and efficient, and rarely does the delivery guy mess things up. Of all the places I've lived, this is the best local post office I've ever dealt with. Now don't make me regret this review ;-)

Walter and I have lived at !425 Condor drive, Little Elm, Texas for 12 years. Last week our post and mailbox fell down. Perhaps because of so much rain! The mail person left our mail on the street! Of course our mail got wet! Very rude, I placed a stop on our mail! Sincerely< Carmen Lax-Ray and Walter Ray

Horrible service and a most rude lady whose name is either Sandra or Rhonda. She does not care in the least about the concerns of the people calling the post office. Also the postman fails to put packages in the mailboxes yet they are marked online as having been delivered. Then one must call time after time and deal with a rude post office worker trying to find out where the package(s) are and possibly never receive them.

I went to the post office Monday to buy some holiday stamps. I have multiple children under five and the post office in Little Elm is not a particularly stroller friendly place. With my double stroller, it's difficult trying to get in and out. On this particular day, I only had my youngest with me and decided to hold her and didn't bother trying to maneuver our stroller around inside the post office. I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The wait wasn't very long , despite several people needing to mail holiday packages. Nobody got huffy with me as I deliberated on the different holiday stamps available for our Christmas cards. The woman who assisted me at the counter was extremely helpful, and when I fumbled with my wallet, having only one hand free, she kindly reached over to help me. She engaged my toddler while I rummaged for my money and put my wallet back in order. Overall it was exactly the opposite of the experience I was expecting and I was delighted.

sent a bill and card early as we were going out of town. Flag was up.mail at the front of the box at an angle to easily access. Imagine how we felt when we returned home a day early(Monday) to find our outgoing mail smashed into the middle of delivered mail. I called the next day --this is the fourth time this has happened. Got no satisfaction from the person I talked to but assured me that he would inform the postmaster. I asked for them to call back but knew from past experience that the person I was talking to was only running interference for the postmaster. Five days after we put our mail in the box and it was still not picked up so my husband had to make a trip downtown to take it. The entire p o is totally incompetent. We need another post office here where people actually do their job. Time to drain the swamp!

Extremely rude agent! His name is Matthew Abraham. Was not helpful, and had a "I'm always right attitude"... I was simply asking a question and from the gecko he was rude. You shouldn't have people like that working customer service. I even asked him to calm down and he wouldn't. Horrible person to deal with.

I left this office today with flames shooting from my head. On top of being extremely frustrated that the cost to use these services is just outrageous, I was treated with total disrespect. The person "helping" me heard me call my 2 year old "dude" and said....she's saying I'm not a dude, I'm a girl. So, my son has long hair and I'm very accustomed to correcting people (happens literally every day of my life) and I'm not offended by it. But when I corrected her, she starred at my son and said, "really? you dress him like a girl." Holy Shit!!! I almost jumped over the counter!!! I said, I DO NOT DRESS HIM LIKE A GIRL (I'm very obviously offended at this point, but she continues). She said, well his hair is like a girl, you never trim it? It is nobody's business what my kid's hair looks like or how I chose to dress him. He could have been in a damn dress and it's still not her place to comment! He was in blue shorts and a white shirt BTW! How about some sensitivity training for your ridiculously rude employees! At least the other rude woman who works there doesn't really acknowledge people or make stupid comments!

Don't bother trying to submit anything on the usps site. "There was a problem processing your request. Please try again later to submit your feedback." Clearly they don't care what you think. This is the second time I've tried to report a problem. We have the mailboxes that are clustered together, small, metal locking. The carrier puts small boxes in from the back that cannot be removed out of the front side because there are lips on the front that make the opening smaller. This happens often and we have to go back and put a note asking the carrier to move the package to one of the larger bulk package boxes. Last time, the carrier chose to bring it to the door instead and when we weren't able to answer (on a business call) he took the package back to the post office rather than use the large bulk package boxes at the mailbox area. I'm sure just for attitude because of the note I left when I couldn't get the box out.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! I ONLY WANTED MY ADDRESS VERIFIED. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN THE 'BACK ROOM' HAD MY ID AND TOOK 20 MINUTES PLUS. I COULD NOT WAIT ANY LONGER SO I ASKED FOR MY ID BACK AND LEFT. PRIOR TO THE 20 MINUTE WAIT I WAITED IN LINE AS ONE PERSON AFTER ANOTHER PILED IN, AND NO ONE CAME TO HELP HER OUT. THEY MUST DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE SERVICE AT THIS BRANCH. IT IS OF VERY POOR QUALITY!!! I WILL CONTINUE TO USE UPS, FEDEX, DHL, AND ANY OTHER POSTAL/PACKAGING SERVICE AND NOT RELY ON U.S. POSTAL SERVICE IF I CAN POSSIBLY HELP IT! THIS BRANCH IS QUITE DISCOURAGING WHEN I THINK OF CONSERVING THEM FOR MY POSTAL AND PACKAGING NEEDS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD. THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN WRITTEN OUTSIDE OF MY TRUE FEELINGS OF DISCONTENTMENT WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AT THIS BRANCH.

The manager Rhonda Flowers is extremely rude. The carriers are juggling multiple routs, leaving the wrong mail in the wrong mail boxes, not delivering packages in a timely manner, failing to take time to leave notices in mail boxes of letters/packages needing signature. When they finally leave a notice after multiple complaints the carriers fail to leave the package at the post office for you to pick up the mail/package. The ride around with the package in their vehicle while the purposely choosing not to ring the door bell to gain signatures. I guess filling out notices, ringing door bells, or making sure the right mail is in the correct mailbox is too time consuming.
