I have not received my local Newspaper From my hometown in many months. I pay them For this weekly service in Advance for my 92 yr old mother. Other people in other parts or the United States are getting theirs. The USPS owes me the amount I pay for this service I’m not getting.

I have called numerous times to the post office in The Colony and to the mail people that deliver with no help and treated very badly by the man at the post office. The mail box in front of my house leaks so badly that all of my mail is soaked when it rains. And much of the letters are unreadable. Back in July I was told that it was in for replacing but I believe the man at the office I spoke to was lying to me because it still isn't done. Please get this done now. We need it very badly.

I have never lived somewhere with such poor delivery service. I understand about COVID-19, and the extra delays associated with it. I’m an essential employee also, except that I actually do my job. Even before COVID-19, the Colony post office sucked. If you even get a package delivered, you can guarantee it will be at least a week late, but that’s if you get it at all. How is this still acceptable? Someone fix this, lol. I just use any other service and NEVER HAVE AN ISSUE. BIG THANKS TO UPS, FEDEX, hell even Uber could deliver mail better than the Colony Post Office.

I would like to talk to someone about why it's taking so long for us to get mail. When I called the post office they told me that AIMS (sp?) is still determining if we are in The Colony or Frisco. This is our address: Strike Middle School, 8798 Scotty's Lake Lane The Colony, TX 75056. We had to go to t hem to pick up boxes, then they sent something BACK to Amazon that we had delivered. My number is 972.947.9457

I have been calling the number to this location and the line stays busy. No one to answer my questions directly except the toll free number but even they can't fix my problem.

I was told that if I leave packages on the blue counter at The Colony that already have postage on them, they would be scanned. On May 11 around 11:30am, I left three packages on that counter and when I checked today, they hadn't been scanned. Since they are from EBAY, I get dinged for them not being shipped on time. I shouldn't have to stand in line to ensure this is done.

I have tried calling the number listed for The Colony location (972) 370-9721, listed on this website. Either the number listed is bad or they have the phone off the hook. I have tried calling this number no less than 20 times over the last week. Different times, days, etc. It always rings busy. How am I supposed to establish service if I am unable to talk to anyone?
