The USPS is horrid and I sooooo wish Donald Trump would have done away with these lazy, worthless, and incompetent USPS workers and a waste of a government agency. I have lived in Lewisville for 3 years and almost near EVERY time I have a package being delivered by USPS it turns into a hassle and a ton of stress because these mail delivery people they hire have little ability to use their brains for common sense. #DEFUNDUSPS
So, when will USPS be delivering our mail in Lewisville Tx? 2-20-21
It appears USPS needs to remove this motto as it no longer applies.
"United States Postal Service creed. "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds""
I haven’t gotten mail since last Saturday, I know this storm has caused this problem.

Mail service in Lewisville should be a daily occurrence! I guess the mailman’s code doesn’t apply in Texas at all. I have not received mail to my home since Saturday 2/13/21 that is 4 days. Sorry post office but you’ve lost my support in any future endeavors seeking financial support.

This post office must love to lose mail/packages, be careless and rude. We have called since December 15th (it's now December 30th) and have yet to talk to or get a response from Vanora, the alleged manager. She's always on another call or out of the building. Her supervisor, Thomas Alonzo, as well. This post office is a JOKE and they need to be investigated for losing packages and mail also for people getting a paycheck for NOT doing their jobs!
I received a slip on 5/11 for a registered package. I rescheduled using the website for 5/15. No one came all day. I tried calling over the weekend but the automated system could not get me to a live person. I called today (a full week after the original delivery date) and a live person first put me on hold without taking any information, then came back asking me about a service I wasn't aware of (forget ask about) then couldn't find my redelivery request though the automated system and website have assured me that my redelivery is still scheduled for 5/15. The live person then went to get supervisor as I was trying to figure out why I hadn't received my package, came back and forgot what I was holding for, then told me the supervisor wasn't in the building. Then we finally got to what I was really asking about. REDELIVERY. Then she rudely stately we could schedule for next Friday and then HUNG UP without giving me a confirmation. Is this how we run a post office? This is insanity.

3/15/14 I have mail that was out for delivery since 3/14 that has not been delivered. Had packages out for delivery today, 3/15. Carrier left when it started raining. Packages not delivered!!!!! What's the problem?
