My brother's birthday was November 10. I live in Round Rock and he lives in Lampasas. The birthday card I mailed to him came back TWICE even though his address is correct. The first time it came back/wasn't delivered there was NO sticker or indication on it as to why. The second time it came back/not delivered there was a sticker on it that said there was no such address. His address is and has been for many years 2288 North Highway 281. Why wasn't it delivered?

Lampasas Post office has the worst and most lazy delivery drivers around. Saying they attempt to deliver when they don't. When you complain at the post office they come up with a lame excuse and when I tell them I have it on camera they change their excuse to well your area had a sub. BULLCRAP.

I have been notified that a package was delivered to me on Nov. 14, but I show no such receiving of the package. I have the tracking number: 9341989689090071486878. Please advise as to what to do in this matter. Thank you.

I put mail in my mail box to be mailed and raised the flag and either the mail wasn't delivered today or the mail man just drove by without stopping to pick up the mail this is not the first problem with my service this year first time this year they dilliverd to the wrong box then two days ago they had to come back because they didn't stop the first time and today they didn't stop at all.

What kind of federal government manpower have you hired to work at your “Lampasas Postal Station” officially POSTAL/ZIP Code 76550, wherein after receiving package MON, 01/22/18 @ 6:19am, to correct address in The Woodlands, TX, ZIP CODE 77354-3284, TRACKING NUMBER: #9200190161985762439192, you negligently SAT ON this package ALL day MON, 1/22!! USPS Progress of same indicated not until after 11:00pm last night, this package DEPARTED BACK for the Austin Postal Distribution Center, which happened to be whom you received from on MON, 01/22/18 @ 6:19am!! What took you so long to discover this was not for Lampasas, TX?? I don’t believe your Station handles such a volume that it took that many hours for your Station to correct mistake??!! Furthermore, you can NO longer use the excuse of “HOL RUSH/VOLUME” for such SLOW corrective action!! Is the USPS motto still; “We Deliver,” or should you maybe add: “Via Pony Express!!??”

Horrible customer service. The man who helped me had a very childish attitude, and it's not the first time this has happened. There were two people ahead of me in line, and he treated them the same way.
