I have had several packages say that they were delivered, and I immediately checked the mailbox and there’s nothing in there. I check with multiple neighbors as well. It’s frustrating that I have to trust usps for these packages and then they just disappear.

Your post office sucks. I have mail and two packages that were not delivered today. I checked the tracking numbers and it says my packages were being held and not delivered at MY request. I did NOT request this. Our mail for Holly St. never came by today. None of my neighbors got their mail either.

You need to go to USPS.com and file a complaint, this happens to me too now and then and it's very upsetting, especially when the reason "customer request" is falsely entered..

What is with the mail delivery? It is 17:56 and no mail yet. The time gets longer and longer. We used to get mail about 15:00.

It's 7:15pm on 11/26/21. Still no mail delivery on Pack Ave in Copperas Cove. This is outrageous. Not the first time.

Ok I live on hobby road. We have a pick up area. I walk down to get my mail daily. We have a carrier she’s got an attitude. Don’t need that. When she comes she opens up all the mailboxes and leaves her truck wide open back gate up for everything to see and very easily be taken. However this not the first time. I walk up and immediately she’s in face. Telling me to come back later you can’t be here while I’m working. I have my key in hand and wanted to check. She gets short. I tell ok I just want to see if I have anything since it’s wide open and wasn’t gonna take it so she’d be happy. She proceeded to tell me if I have a problem call the post office. Ok. If mail security is the issue I got it. So why if that’s the case does she leave everything wide open and she can’t see the where the back gate is wide open. Someone could easily grab a package and dash. She can’t secure all those mailboxes and the truck too. However she’s is willing to get in the face of someone in flip flops and walking a dog as a threat to her job. You can’t have it both ways no security on mail but an attitude to anyone going about their daily routine to check their mail. If security is the issue o my one of the big mailboxes open at a time. But the attitude of go away is a poor work ethic and I sure don’t need her problems whatever they may be. The last I remembered is that she’s a federal worker paid by taxpayers. So she finds it completely fine to harass the people that make her job possible. And I happen to know what carriers make. They’re paid nicely with great benefits. She had very limited contact with people on daily basis and this is how she conducts herself in those rare situations.

it takes 2.....has it occurred to you that she may not have wanted you and YOUR DOG this close to her? Maybe if the first time she said you can't be here right now, you'd have left, she wouldn't have had "an attitude". And no, I do not know you or your mail lady, but I do know about serving the public.

When I got my mail today at the community mailbox, once again I had a key for the package mailbox and again this month those keys do not work. My husband complained to the post master last month about this issue stating that the locks need to be replaced. This still has not been resolved and now, once again, I cannot retrieve my packages. We pay for postal services and nothing is resolved.

I called the post office 22 March in Copperas Cove in reference to my nephew mailbox being fixed. He had reported it being brought about 3 weeks ago earlier. They are requiring him to pickup his mail up at the post office. He has had a stroke and does not drive and can’t walk that far. I talked to a female who said that she was the supervisor and we just have to wait for a company to come from Austin to fix the mailbox, I asked to speak to the Post Master and she said he would tell me the same thing and she didn’t have any estimate timeframe on when it would be repaired. I would appreciate help on this matter or at least a possible timeframe.

Again, today my mail was not delivered. I had five pieces of mail and one package scheduled for delivery today and just found out it’s all been rescheduled for tomorrow. The mail carrier we currently have is the worst ever! Who can I contact to get this rectified? I have meds delivered from the VA. More than once they have not made it on the scheduled day of delivery. I need some contact assistance.

I moved here two years ago and have never had any problem with my mail. I go to the post office often to mail packages for my small on line business and I have always been treated courteously.

I went to the post office today to mail a if it fits it ships box to my son at an APO box today. Nothing is labled there, like which receipt goes with what type of package. I got sent back twice in line. Once for a wrong form and the second time to fill out an address lable they only had behind the counter and could have given me the first time and did not. It was Bob older white male. Meanwhile he motioned a Black Lady to cut ahead in line. I should have gotten a video on my phone. I was there for over an hour. Bob and Chief have been there to long, I have had issues with both of them before. It is not a game to amuse them. There was another young lady there today that was treated the same way, we were both white.

I have the same issue, it seems the incompetence of federal postal workers has no end. Except we never moved, our kids moved in with us and then forwarded their mail to another location. Now no mail comes here any longer. Frankly if it was possible I go all electronic and hope that the post office goes under totally. There is UPS and other private carriers who do not have such issues.
