I live in a gated community in la porte. Our mail boxes are up stairs at the community center. I am 77 yrs old, I have a hip replacement and I am a recovering cancer patient. The average age in our community is around 70. I requested a ramp and was told that ADA wasn't required here,so to continue to collect my mail I have to climb stairs that can be very slippery at times. Is there a way I can get a mail box at my home or can the HOA not allow any other access to our mail.

Our mail service is getting worse! Some days it doesn’t come at all even when informed delivery says I have mail. I have one neighbor 2 streets away gets my mail and I get his. We have learned to contact each other. This week it was financial info. The street numbers are the same but completely different street name. Ridiculous I mail a priority package at the new higher rate and it takes twice as long to arrive. I’m very frustrated.

I would like to know if mail delivery has been stopped due to weather? It has been days since I’ve had any deliveries.

dog shit. I have been up for 2 days awaiting my package since it arrived at MY LOCAL POS USPS. Priority mail. Signature confirmation. I live 1 mile from the post office. Where the fuq is my package. Terrible service. I wouldn’t be hindered if this place pulled a northwest distribution center sorta activity, just cause how many residents you screw over. Litterally have years of horrible reviews for this pos PO

HORRIBLE customer service. A woman hung up the phone on me after I called concerned about a package I have not received for three weeks past delivery date. Called me a "B" under her breath as she hung up the phone !

Did you ever receive your package. I had a package that was said to be delivered yesterday but I did not receive it. I was basically told there is nothing they can do about it.
