My husband has terminal cancer and our new mail carrier has not delivered our mail all week. We are waiting on a check and his disability paperwork...we should have had on Tuesday.. Deer Park, Texas postal carriers suck.. they can't stretch out 12 inches to open a mailbox and put the mail in..they are lazy. I miss the old days.
I just found 2 bags of mail in the trash with over 200 pcs of mail all from the wheelhouse, all say return to sender. At the Laredo gas station on Center st
On June 4,2021 and June 3,2021,My mailman has not delivered any of my families mail including a box of medical supplies that the supplier through Amazon says has been delivered. One of the Mail Carriers also made the flapdoor on my mailbox twist and this caused me to make repairs. This also happened to my good friend neighbor across the street too.
I received an item by certified mail, return receipt requested. It was my daddy's will. The mail carrier just shoved it in the mail box after taking off the receipt, no signature, no knock to notify us. I thought the whole purpose of certified mail requesting a receipt was to get a signature. I feel this is illegal on behalf of the mail carrier.
Why is important mail missing and not being delivered. 2nd why are deer Park TX USPS employees not being held accountable whatsoever for this, and at Christmas time? What a shame! One job to do, and with all the credentials required to deliver mail, one would think USPS could handle the job.
These people don’t care about anything. I’ve been waiting on my paycheck to come since Friday then figured out they’d be delivering it on Saturday. Then the mail man is running late and they won’t let me pick up my check from the carrier even though I show photo ID with my address clearly stated. They don’t care about anyone.
Yesterday 3/21/17 I had postage in my home mailbox to mail with the flag up but it was not picked up by the mailman. I called today and was advised that unless there is mail to be placed in the mailbox that a postman would not pick up mail even with this flag up. This is nonsense. I have always had my mail taken from my mailbox if the flag is up.
Not dependable or reliable. It's just a job for these employees. They don't care. Even when you pay to have mail over night it takes 2 days. I will use Pasadena Post Office from now on. I've had enough bad experiences at Deer Park Postal Service.
