This morning June 8,2020 at 10am CST I went to retrieve my mail over the counter, only because I had received a flyer in my PO box stating there is too much mail in the box. I went to the counter and received some of the rudest customer service or non customer service from the agent. This guy does not like people or his job and it shows. This is how the conversation went: Agent: yeah, you need something me: yes Im here to gather my mail. Agent: what? you ain't got no key man, we don't pass mail over the counter. me: I understand, but I got a letter saying my box is too full and I should see you guys up here. Agent: Where's the letter? You got ID? Me: I forgot my letter and yes I do have ID. Can I get my mail? (agent) walks to back, never gets my ID that I placed on the counter, has mail in this left hand while approaching the counter. Agent: Next time bring the letter (while applying pressure to the mail so that I can't easily grab it). His attitude is very uncalled for. A professional person would have immediatley stated the rules of not being allowed to hand mail over the counter or would have made it known that without the letter I could not have my mail. For me I would have accepted either explanation and I would have kindly left being told the rules. He needs to be trained. I am an United States Army veteran and I have PTSD, so this triggered my anger and I have to rest now because my anxiety is to the limit. I do not appreciate this type of behavior.

I received my pkg from the Pasadena mail man with two ripes in the back middle of the pkg. big enough to pull an item out and put it back in. And to see what I paid for and how much I paid and what I ordered on my order slip. Also there was an item which looked tampered with. I paid for my order not the mail man he has no right to be nosy. This is unprofessional.

This post office is closed at 12:15 on a Monday. Watched ) or 7 people come and go. They post being closed daily from 1:00 to 2:30 but this is ridiculous. Who does this? Only in Pasadena.

The Pasadena post office cannot find customers on the week end that they normally deliver to during the week. All my week end packages are undeliverable on Saturday and Sunday but are deliverable Monday through Friday
