This is the worst place of business I have ever encountered. All employees are incompetent and have no idea how to do their jobs. They also seem to get enjoyment out of pissing off the people that have to wait in their lines for hours at a time. When you finally get to the front of the line, they do everything they can to let you know they don't care at all about you and have no interest in helping you. Also, they don't answer their phones...you have to wait in their lines forever so they can treat you like shit! This post office needs to be closed!!!
There is a systematic problem at this office. The staff often does not show up and services across the board are slow and schedules times are ignored. Like passport appointments and hold mail pickup. There is no supervisor or manager on site OR reachable. I would advocate for the closing of this office. It the commercial/public space it would have already been vacated.
I have complained in person twice in regards to receiving my neighbors mail and packages that live on the street behind me, and my husband and I are not getting all of our mail so I'm quite sure It's being placed in someone else mailbox. This is very serious I have already missed out on two very important time sensitive letters that I never received. I'm hoping this time around there will be a manager or supervisor that will follow up on this matter. Thank you
I waited longtime for giving yellow slip to the clerk. I visited post office at 4pm. The clerk did not keep order . She received package mail first after block longline. I complained but she reject my word with rude. I asked to her I need to meet supervisor. She said that I don’t know and closed door with yelling. If she keep in order, I have no complaint though waiting long line. I entered mailing office. I asked to meet supervisor but he said there is no supervisor.
I ordered new key for the mailbox in Jun 7, 2021, and requested for holding mails. However, It has been almost 3 months, and I still have not received the key yet. Eventhough, I called to the post office number and was told that I should receive it last week. Beside of that, a lot of my mails have been missing for no reason eventhough the informed delivery had notified me about upcoming mails.
What should I do now? I keep calling their number, but no one picks up the phone.
Terrible customer service!!! I tried going to the post office to find a line outside the door to report a package that was allegedly delivered but was not. I then tried calling the office and no ne ever picked up the phone. This is the second time they said they delivered a package, which was not received. I lost money because my claim was not addressed. I am fed up with the USPS!
To whom it may concern we have been getting our mail a day late to a few days late for the last year. Like a lot of our neighbors we have to park a car at the curb the mail person doesn’t like to walk to the mailbox every day. I would like to find out what mail box my mail is going to. At the house I grew up in the mail man still delivered by foot and we had better service than by vehicle
to whom it may concern, i live at 3000 walnut springs drive in katy. for two days we have not gotten any mail and today i found the answer, the back of the mail box is open and all the mail is gone.nobody got mail i am really upset as i am waiting for a check from fema and replacement credit cards. this postman or women just is not doing a good job. i have people coming to my house to bring me my mail that was delivered to them. this happens many times. i am sick of it. if someone cashes my check or uses my credit cards i am hiring a lawyer and suing the person who left the back of the mailbox open. i hate to be a nasty person but i am sick of this mail deal thank you for reading this karen blair
From the previous reviews this PO is terrible. You have one job to deliver mail. Looks like I’m on the list as another customer with a lost package. BE MORE CAREFUL WITH PEOPLE’S STUFF. We pay for this service and apparently you office needs to improve. 😒
This po is a joke.Everytime I go thru drive thru to leave mail the box is so full the letters can not be put in the box it so full you have to force your letter and other people's letters fall out.I mail a letter to Corpus Christi Texas took more than 5 days to get there.Your employees should be on top of that.I see I am not the only person complaining. As I am typing this, I remain on terminal hold after a multitude of previous tries at phoning this office which gave me a recording followed by a busy signal, a fast busy, a hang-up and other interruptions before I could even get through to a person.
When a person finally did answer, she was immediately rude and abrupt and did not let me speak to explain my problem before she cut me off and put me on hold. My encounter with her lasted for about one second, maybe two.
I am now continuing to hold because when I try to call again on the other line I again cannot get through. The phone just rings until the call is cut off.
I am calling to find out what happened to my package which was reportedly, by email tracking, delivered last night at 7:46 PM, but is nowhere to be found.
The delivery notice does not say WHERE the package was left. All I want to know is WHERE the package was left.
I am now well into an hour waiting on hold for this rude woman to come back onto the line so I can tell her why I'm calling.
Horrible service. Long non ending lines waiting for picking up packages. Complaints ignored!!! 3 weeks in a row waiting even thoug I pay for placement in box 6238 it’s more desirable of staff to see the long lines; ADA non compliant with consumers having to just stand. I am still waiting for a package that was supposed to delivred by 12/25. It is not a big package but I paid hard earned money for it and I should have had it before now. If you dont like working for the post office, go get another job so I can get my mail delivered on time.
I want to let the post master at this location know about an employee who went above and beyond. Her name is Michelle McKinney and she helped me over the phone. I was calling from Arizona and unneeded her to help me find a package that no one seemed to be able to Locate. I had sent it weeks prior and my friend who needed it badly still didn’t have it. This sweet lady assured me she would look into it and she really did! I appreciate such good customer service and feel she should be recognized for her efforts. Thank you Michelle! You made me remember there are good people in this world😊
Worst post office!!! Two packages this week are not delivered. Been on the phone for 30 min, haven't even gotten to tell them my problem. Tanya put me on hold and has never come back. I've used two different phones to contact them. now she just answers and puts me on hold, no answering! Absolute worst. Who do you call to complain about the post office?
I just made a complaint to USPS about this post office. Don't know if it'll do any good, they obviously don't read the reviews for this post office. I encourage all to do the same or nothing will change. If you go in the building, go to the left counter, they're good, they help. It's the blue door counter that's no good. Calling is useless. My opinion. It's hard to make a complaint about this P.O. on the website, keep looking. I went to a google search, how to complain about the p.o. I hope it goes somewhere other then the P.M., I've been told by carriers that she's pretty bad herself. Don't know if Tanya is a clerk or P.M. but, she is rude,unprofessional and no help.

The worst post office I have ever been to. Employee's are the rudest, unprofessional, refused to take my package. I left and went to another post office. Everyone that works inside this office should be FIRED and REPLACED with people who want to be there. If you have to deal with people they should at least act like they know their job and want to be there. These people are only there for a paycheck. Customer service is NOT on their to do list. I work next to this office, and I won't go to this location ever again. It doesn't matter what time of day you go, you are treated horribly.
I have had nothing but bad experiences at this post office. Everything complained about here in these comments I've experienced and more. The most recent problem is mail forwarding. I moved about 7 miles away and only one zip code number difference. Completed all forms. Received my address change verification package. Received one piece of mail with the yellow tag. I lived at my prior address for over five years and received mail 9 days out of 10. In over a month, I have only received the one forwarded piece of mail. Neither Katy location has any idea where my mail is.

This post office is ridiculous mail and packages doesn't come and when you call they either don't answer or when they do they are very unprofessional when you ask questions about your things.
My package has been sitting at this post office since the 6th of January and its now the 10th. I have called and called and nobody answers the phone. All I wanted to ask was if it would be easier for me to just ick up my package. The service is ridiculous and we are far past the 5-7 day delivery guarantee as I ordered in December.
I mailed two letters (one a bill) on June 28 at my mailbox in Ventana Lakes. One was to here in Houston and one was to a relative in Killeen, Texas. Neither of those has been received as of today 7/8/17.
I need to know what has happened to them. Both contained checks.

Today February 17, 2015 @ approximately 4:05 PM, I called this USPS location three times and it rang numerous times. I was disconnected each time. What's going on here? I think it is very unacceptable for a place of business not answering the phone.
