Bear creek post office!! do not know what they are doing there. I have complained several time that my mail is very often delivered to wrong address. They have delivered my Driver license, US passport to wrong address. I never received it and have to process this again took lot of pain and stress. I am always worried about it. went to Post office three times to complain and tried to call, I can reach out to them they hang-up.

I'm not getting my packages or medication, and my bills are late because he's putting my mail in other people mail box
The bear creek office is out of control. I don't know if the post master has been changed or are new supervisors, but employees are rude, the post office delivery works when they want -no getting out of their truck to deliver packages arguing afterwards that was not access to the mailbox or the customer asked the package to be kept at the post office -after being ready to be delivered -by a "customer request"-whaaaat??? If it was out for delivery somehow they get in touch with the recipient and the recipient tells them to keep the package back at the post office???
Complaints will do no good, or the ones in charge just do like if they are working and collect a paycheck or they lack of the authority and character to keep a Government Office running properly
Around May 3, I place six vendor payments in the drive through mail receptacle. As of this day, June 6, not one of the envelope has been delivered. And Late fees have been applied!!
I went to the post office today and noticed the drive through is gone. Does this have anything to do with the non-delivery of mail?

I got a message stating that the delivery attempt fail because front door/driveway was not accessible....is a fat lie ...they do not want to get off the USPS truck. I have a huge driveway and is not block and very accessible. Then you call the office and they never answer...horrible service
This Post Office does not scan packages it receives, thus rendering any tracking information useless until the package arrives at a destination that does. More times than not, I don't receive tracking info until the package arrives at its final destination.
We have not received our mail or no one has come to pick up our mail in two days Friday and today. Our regular carrier does a nice job. What is going on? We are running a business and checks to our vendors have not gone out. Is our regular carrier out on vacation? We need our mail to go out and our checks and bills to be delivered. i require an immediate response and delivery tomorrow. This is not acceptable. Please call 281-550-1199
Just want to commend a new employee, an older gentleman, working the package window today, Saturday, December 8, 2018. He had customers lined up and Continued to provide service, even after 12 noon; even after being fussed at for continuing to work past noon, by a manager. He was courteous and respectful to each of us, and obviously has the soft skills and inter management knowledge to teach the staff. I hope his skill and expertise are recognized and acknowledged at Bear Creek Post Office. Regards, a customer
My neighborhood mail box was knock down. I called the bear Creek post office and did not get a satisfactory answer from the person who answered the phone. So myself and my neighbors are inconvenience until the post office decides to fix the mailbox?
I ordered a mailbox key that I have been waiting on over 30days. When I go to the office to ask, quickly shoved away telling me, if I didn’t receive a call...then it’s not here yet.
When I ordered it, I was told it would take approx 1 week but they could hold it up to 30days only.
I have a bad feeling & never can get anyone to answer when I call in.ðŸ˜Ÿ
I am very concern because my purchases keep going to a different house. I bought a pair of earring Tracking number 92748901078130553149753678 and a ring Tracking number 92748901078130553149822183 from JTV and there were delivery to another location. Since this is not the first time, because there is another house on my subdivision that has the same 5738 number but different name of the street, I assume that they were delivered to the other house because the delivery person did not read the Street name. I have tried to contact Ms. Flury at 281-550-4427 but no one answered. I had contact JTV and they are doing the proper investigation. Its very annoying that this keep happening all the time. I need someone that take care of this situation once and for all.
Would someone please let the carriers know that just because a package fits into the back of the box doesn't mean it will come out the front? On two occasions I have had boxes placed in my mailbox that I wasn't able to get out without deforming or otherwise damaging the package. This can take a considerable amount of time and effort and is very frustrating. I'd be happy to send you a photo to show you what I mean.
Good luck. I just got off the phone with the manager about a similar incident only the carrier broke my mailbox stuffing something in that didn't fit 3 times in the last week and a half. They can't hold the carrier responsible for replacing the mailbox because their is no picture nor a witness that saw him break it! I asked her to at least speak with the carrier and tell him to walk a package to the front door if he can't get it in the mailbox safely. She said she would.

My packages keep getting lost or delivered to the wrong address. Went today to see what happened to another package. The manager says, I just spoke to the delivery guy and he is going to look for your package because he remembers see it. I will call you if we cannot find it. Yeah, right, she said that just to get me to leave. I waited at home but never got the package nor a phone call.
Just tried calling for an appointment here for a passport. Rang for 4minutes and 14 seconds. Then someone picks up the phone and hangs up. Why is it that people just don't care about their jobs anymore???
Don’t waste your time processing a passport at the post office. I recommend to everyone needing a passport the passport services at Central Library 500 Mckinney Houston Texas 77002 832-393-1313 for those who want to process a passport application. Organized, knowledgeable, nice, open late on Tuesday and Thursdays, (that’s when I had mine done) and NO APPOINTMENT necessary.The agents their are AWESOME!
