The last 3 months we have been Attempting to set up a mailbox for our Grapevine location and have had no success. We have submitted the required documents months ago and still no reply. The last manager we spoke with is no longer at this location and we cannot seem to reach anyone to help us
In-laws have been trying to call for days about an error with change of address!
Did individual change of address to PREVENT the entire family from being forwarded BUT getting all of my in-laws mail!

Terrible service by our mail carrier. We constantly have to request that he close our box door securely as he leaves open it to the elements. He can’t be bothered. He also frequently delivers the wrong mail to the wrong address. It’s gotten to be a joke in our neighborhood. Except that it’s not funny.

For the 4th time our new delivery driver has left letters that I want sent out in the mailbox. And he is never on time and sometimes delivers after dark. Can this be addressed. Tried to call the published phone number but it keeps asking for my remote access number.
My package has been sitting at this facility since January 11, it is now Jan. 22nd. Based on other reviews I have read, this is a common occurrence at this location, which is pitiful. I have tried calling MANY times and the phone gets picked up, there is static, then disconnected. VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!!!
I don't leave reviews ever unless I believe I am being wronged. This facility has had my package for over a week! I have athletic wear I need as my current workout clothes are getting raggedy. I was really looking forward to getting them soon. I ordered mine the same time I ordered my husbands (from different sites, so they went through different carriers. His did not pass through Grapevine Texas thank goodness or he wouldn't have gotten his either). My package has been there over a week!!! I haven'r been able to get through to anyone to ask them about it either which infuriates me more! Now that I have read through the reviews of this facility I don't think I will ever receive WHAT I PAID FOR!
I ordered my package back on November 27th,2020 and my package has been sitting in Grapevine facility since December 28th, 2020. It’s now January 18th. Every time I check the status of my package, it just says “Completed Unloading at Delivery Location (Grapevine, TX)”. This is ridiculous! Does anyone know of whom I can get in contact with to see what is going on? I just want my stuff.
Bath and Body Works send a lot of my packages through Grapevine, Tx. It seems like it takes forever for anything to begin moving from there again. I have complained to BBW about not receiving my packages after waiting a month or more and they have been very good about giving me a refund and then, lo and behold, maybe weeks later the package finally arrives. What is wrong with Grapevine and moving mail packages along? This has been going on for much longer than Covid-19 slow downs. It is like death to anything that ends up arriving in Grapevine to move along. WHY????
My package shows at Grapevine since Dec 2, 2020. This is absolutely unacceptable. I also would gladly drive there to pick it up. Likely sitting is a cart in the mess.
Sender says to contact USPS. USPS says they have not received package...There must be a big pile waiting to be noticed. Pathetic!!!
No one answers the phone and there's no information on how to email the leadership. Even the customer service line seemed clueless about the contact info to track a package. Where can we find the post master's information? This is one of the worst mailing facilities on the planet.

Has anyone tried to go to the Grapevine PO to pick up a package that has been stuck there? I have one there, no one will answer the phone to answer this question. Just wondering if anyone else was successful in pick theirs up- before I drive there.
I wanted to let everyone know that I have contacted The Office of Inspector General the phone number is 888-877-7644 you can contact them and leave a voicemail and they will return your call. This is absolutely unheard of that a package gets delivered at a location and never leave there. This is unacceptable! Please take your time and call them to file a complaint about this location...

My package has been at your facility since November 17, 2020 and I have not had any other updates. I have been trying to get in contact with you. I see all these other comments on your location and it does not look good. I will be making a phone call to the United States postmaster president to find out what is going on with your facility.
This facility needs to be investigated for the increase in complaints of delayed packages. Obviously Corporate doesn't care. No one responds to emails or answers phone calls. Stop using Covid 19 for an excuse! Every company is short staffed, but packages still have to be delivered in a timely manner. That's your job! This is being overlooked because they simply do NOT care and are getting away with it! It's ashame when Amazon is working faster than you guys.
I see many complaints about packages not being delivered! The tracking for mine shows it at your post office since 11/29/2020!!! Where is my package? It was supposed to be here for Christmas! I am calling the usps hotline and complaining. I can't get y'all to answer the phone!
My package has stayed stuck there for 15 days. I’ve never experienced a packet get stuck in one location this long! I am wondering if I have to drive there in order to get my package. No other USPS is this behind
I have 3 packages sitting there since November 7th and the 10th. Why isn't it coming? I call them and their customer service is bad because they say a lot of things but it translates as "I don't know nor do I care."
What is going on with my package? It's been in there since November 30th. I understand that due to the virus packages are delayed but it's been way too long and it's a light package.. I order it a month ago!!
Looks like they reply to comments and reviews as fast as they deliver mail. It is absolutely ridiculous that a post office take as long as they do to send or scan a package. My package arrives there December 5 to be delivered December 8th now no delivery date there and it is December 10th.

I guess I am not the only one experiencing issues with Grapevine USPS. My package is showing that it's sitting at their facility since Nov 17 and it is now Nov 27. The employees at Grapevine USPS needs to be reviewed. This isn't the first time I've had this issue with Grapevine. Any package that goes through this facility either gets lost or takes forever to deliver. I guess they'll blame it on Covid. I buy lots of things and packages that go through other North Texas facilities have thus far always been delivered to me on time or even sooner. Grapevine should be ashamed of themselves.
I’m just curious if you’ve received your package yet? I’ve had a package sitting there since November 26th, and it’s December 3rd now. I’ve emailed the customer service about it. They’re “investigating”, but haven’t heard anything back yet.

It finally delivered on December 1. It showed as "Delivered to Local Facility GRAPEVINE, TX 76051" where it sat for two weeks. Then all of a sudden I get a "Delivered" status. There were no scans/updates between the "Delivered to Local Facility..." status and the "Delivered" status. So....it would seem like many packages arrive at the Grapevine location to just sit there for 2+ weeks. I believe the exact post office is this one 1251 William D Tate Ave, Grapevine, TX 76051

I’m glad you finally received it. Unfortunately, I still have not received any info on my service request, and it still shows my package sitting in Grapevine. Personal Creations, the company I ordered from, offered to resend my order, but that one would probably end up sitting in Grapevine, too! Merry Christmas!

I’ve never endured another shipping company that has been more crappier than you all. Can’t answer the damn phone. Can’t do anything. What good are you?? Everyone’s packages go there to DIE. The post office in Grapevine, Tx, is ridiculous! I have four packages that has been there since 10/5/20. Today is 10/26/20! I've checked the status every other day, hoping for a delivery update. NOTHING. Get it together.
I’ve had two packages now stuck in Grapevine, One has been there 3 weeks with no updates! Second one reshipped by vendor and has routes here again, now stuck for 3 days. Case opened with USPS was closed without any contact or resolution and second case reopened this week, let’s see. At this point I doubt I’m getting my packages even though I’ve paid for the item since end September!

I recently inquired about 2 separate packages shipped from 2 different venders (one from BarkBox and one from Lovcloth) and both resulted in “awaiting departure in Grapevine, TX” post office. Does this facility routinely loose packages?
Those having trouble with getting their mail, keep in mind this site here is not read by postal employees as it says above. There is a formal way to file a complaint against your carrier, you have to go to the usps website and look for it. You will get a tracking number and a follow up. I get a new carrier about every 6-9 months it seems, not sure if that's just the norm for carriers to switch routes or what but I'm in the Grapevine route. I've lived at address that has the same number with different street name 1 block over and I'm constantly getting their mail and vise versa. Every time they switch carriers I have to go through this. I don't necessarily blame the carrier because I think it's the sorter at the Post office throwing it in the wrong boxes but if the carrier knows the route, he or she will know in time what to look for. It's very frustrating because I've had checks and other important items go over to neighbors house. I've had usps tracking that said attempted delivery at 1150pm at night and unable to deliver will reattempt. Well I have a ring doorbell and I know very well nobody from the post office attempts delivery at midnight.
All Packages that wind up in Grapevine, Texas seem to go there to DIE!! I am a buyer AND seller on/at eBay, and ever since the Corona Virus USPS shipping from as far away as Connecticut, N. Carolina, S. Carolina & California to Texas have been arriving in usually 2-3 days (1st class) not the usual 4-5 days. So they must be using more air shipments than trucks. But there is a PKG I ordered that was Supposed to be delivered today, 4/25/2020, but (alas) it has been STUCK in Grapevine, Texas for FOUR complete days now(from 4/22 A.M. til as I type this on 4/25 at 3:30 P.M.). This has happened to me over, and over, and over the past 6-8 years. IF you order anything and it gets shipped to Grapevine, Texas, just give up and be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait...as each and EVERY day that you will track the Tracking/Shipping, I Guarantee it will STILL be just sitting and LIVING in Grapevine, Texas. This is a total BS call on my part. Grapevine, Texas- get you act together. You HAVE to be the VERY WORST USPS facility in America!! I NEVER want/wish to see Grapevine, Texas appear on any purchased OR shipped items EVER AGAIN!!! 0 out of 10 Stars. Totally, RIDICULOUS!!!
Same! I have 2 packages both were shipped at the same time the second one that arrived there I have received the first one that arrived at this facility is STILL STUCK SITTING! Now tell me how that happens when it was the FIRST TO ARRIVE!!! No one answers but I’ve got a call I’m waiting back from the main post office 800 number who I’m hoping will get to the bottom of it! I’ve been waiting since April to receive these and NOW IM MOVING AWAY NEXT WEEK! It’s IMPARITIVE I RECEIVE THIS BEFORE I MOVE!!! I have heard nothing but horrible things about this post office all our mail into Oklahoma goes to this facility and the post offices here tell me what a nightmare they are! Regarding 3033 Thomas Ct. 12-20-17 I received usps email stating lw072298558de had been delivered to my doorstep. It had not. This was the second occurrence. I walked over to my neighbors and the package, along with one other (both addressed to me) was there. I retrieved them and called you. You said you would look into the matter and call me back. You have not. Two weeks prior, I received usps email stating another package had been delivered to my doorstep. It had not. Since this is the second occurrence, please address this situation with your postal carrier. 3033 is clearly marked with brass lettering by my front door. Thank you.
My mail goes to 1538 Country Forest Ct., Grapevine TX 76051. On Saturday July 15 I received the mail after 6 PM. On Monday July 16 it had not come by 8 PM. Typical arrival is around 3 or 4 PM. This is inexcusable. Please fix.
Passport services are by walkin at this location. We have been waiting with 2 kids for the past half hour and no one cares to give any information how long the wait is going to be. And there is no one ahead of us.
