Postal Locations

The employees at this office are some of the rudest, most unprofessional workers I have ever seen, Kenisha and Brandy especially! They don't speak, don't smile, they're impatient, short and sarcastic when answering questions, and they will act ghetto with any customer who dares to ask for anything. The service here is so bad that many people in the neighborhood will drive to other post offices just to avoid them. There is no way we should have to tolerate their misconduct. I WILL DEFINITELY PURSUE THIS AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE BECAUSE RESIDENTS DESERVE RESPECT AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This post office is a Joke! I have lived all over the United States and I have never seen Postal Service as bad as it is here. Sometimes the carrier will not pick up the outgoing mail. Sometimes he does. If all of the mail does not fit in the box, the carrier leaves it on the ground outside, just below the mail box! Anyone passing by can just pick up the packages left there! He will not bother getting out of his truck to come to the door! For the last 4 or 5 months, there have been at least 4 different occasions where we did not receive our mail at all!! We are a business! We depend on the mail service for our business!! We have complained to the "Supervisor" on several occasions. It does no good. Pathetic!! If you happen to brave going inside the Post Office, Dear God help you! The women behind the counter are horrible!! They are rude and nasty to deal with. They are just down right MEAN! They should NOT be out front dealing with the public! Horrible Horrible people to deal with!
