How do you get a hold of someone to complain. I have talked to all the mail carriers to close my mail box and none of them can get it done. My mail ends up down the block or wet.
This post office for some reason can not get my mailing address correct. Sometimes I never get mail or my packages. I have had my mail given to another residence besides mine. I have wrote an complain and it stills happens. What can I do now. They should pay me to get a PO box since. The people who always get my mail live around the corner from me.
They refuse to answer phone I live out of state mis delivered package did not check change of address left after son moved then won't answer phone and they still get paid for messing up 10 different ways and messing up my Grandsons Christmas I'd fire you

I have not received my mail in over 4 days. I put in an online claim since I had MEDICINE that was supposedly DELIVERED on 8/3. someone called me from the post office about 20 minutes ago and told me it was because cars were blocking the mailbox. they are not my cars and i am working during business hours so i was unaware. I told the person on the phone that while i understand that my issue is that my packages shouldn't be marked as DELIVERED if they are still in the jeep 2 days later. I asked to speak to someone to report the fact that the packages are being marked as delivered instead of attemped delivery and he stated " OKAY MA"AM, WHATEVER MA'AM and HUNG UP IN MY FACE!! I need answers NOW. how unprofessional and rude of BOTH EMPLOYEES!!
According to the tracking information, my package was delivered on Saturday, Dec. 30 at 11:58 a.m. There was a key to the parcel locker in my mailbox, but no package was in the parcel locker. I have tried for DAYS to contact the post office on Bryant Irvin. All i get is one ring then a busy signal. Please check your phone connection!
Today the USPS employee stuffed a package into my mailbox. The package was plastic covered and became torn because your employee was too lazy to walk a few feet to my door and place it on the mat. I suggest you start classes on how to deliver the mail without damage to it! Also your phone is constantly busy...WHY?
