No mail delivery today. USPS site shows I have mail and our mailboxes have yet to be replaced high amount of theft. Local police, apartment manager Aero Apartments, as well as postmaster Cherry Ln. 76116 do nothing! USPS site does not always match what actually happens.

Has become extremely poor since they changed the route. Now I don't see the mail until after 5 or 6 in the evening. My mail man has always been excellent but has been off for maternity leave. I have had mail never delivered and had a check returned to a customer saying I had moved and left no forwarding address.

Why don't you answer the phone? Worst customer service in the Postal Service, lazy staff in the office, carriers good slow but good. Y'all ALL need to be fired and replaced.

Hate this place rented a mail box online and my phone number was off by one number and the clerk gave me the hardest time. It was on Saturday they were very anxious to close. Very rude!!!!!

Hate this place, will never return. I had 7 certified return receipts for tax clients and post office employee asked if they could put a stamp on them bc it would take too long to process them!! Seriously?? Will always go to Oak Park lcation frim now on.

If u can't reach anyone on the phone to check on a delivery that is at the post office and if a person doesn't have anyway to pick it up or no one to help u. What r u to do? I have tried to call several times so that I could ask for redelivery.But, all I get is a sharp pitched sounds or hang ups.Can someone please HELP ME!
