Disappointed with Service

The lady I talked to on the phone was rude and not the least bit helpful. She was unwilling to look at the "dozens" of packages in the office to see if mine was there. I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of a faucet to replace my leaky one, but was told I could pick it up once I got the slip of paper. Wow, thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule to see if my box was there.....
