They NEVER answer the phone! NEVER!!! It’s ALWAYS busy!! I keep getting notices they can’t deliver a package. I’m hard of hearing and don’t always hear the door unless you pound on door. I have a signature on file! I’m disabled and on oxygen. I don’t have a car and can’t drive. I don’t have anyone who can pickup the package due to their working hours. So I rely on deliveries without issues. This has happened way too many times.
Also…what’s going on with informed delivery and Dashboard?? I can't get it to load on my Safari.
Please resolve this issue. Especially the phone problem!!
They do not answer the phone in Elgin, TX. Do they leave the phone off the hook? It's always busy. My package pick up request has been ignored for 2 days!
Unprofessional deliveries are ridiculous. I find my packages in the trash can, behind bushes and left at wrong house. What is wrong with the mail box or porch ? You need to fix this.
Some reason I quit getting mail then you call up there and no one answer’s the phone!!!!!! Don’t make no sense why they have people up there like that!
It's crazy how my Amazon orders that are beads, cabochons, semiprecious stones come up missing out of the packaging. Funny how the crystals wander off in the few minutes it takes me to get to the mail box. ...
I am very upset my son formula was exposed in the sun rather putting it on my porch. Why you can't do the job right. Need to hire more active and person that is willing to do the job right.
I'm hot again. Another box marked as delivered, but no box was!!!! This is my food!!!! I am disabled with no car!!!! So upset! What manner of incompetence is this???? Why would you do this to us????????? I see others!!!!!! Very very bad!!!! Shame on you all!!!!
I often get packages intended for my neighbor but left at my house and vice versa. I have been waiting for a package that says "delivered" at 5:13 but it's 6:43 and still no package. Where was it delivered to? This post office and/or postal delivery person is not reliable.
Last Christmas I was able to get a hard to get Pokemon card set for my kids, I also had another smaller package arrive at the same time. When the two (separate packages from different sellers) arrived in the large mail box, the pokemon card box was removed from the packaging, the other item was then placed in the pokemon packaging and resealed! This could only have been done at the post office or by the driver! Also, the driver never attempted dropping a signature package at the door (my wife homeschools the kids 10 ft from the door) and had me drive to the post office to get it. I made a complaint about this, then a week later, I expected another package which showed "delivered at mailbox", but when my wife and I used the extra key to open the large mail box...the MB was empty! The driver scanned it as delivered but never did! This was an expensive tech piece for my kids too! Evidentially, a thief is afoot. We can't trust our postal worker anymore.
This post office is always closing early! I left work early to come home and Mail packages to my kids in college and walked it a few minutes till 4:30 and they are closed. This happens ALL the time! I come by on my way home daily and rarely do I see the windows open. They are constantly closing early and I've even been there before and heard the employees say, let's go ahead and close before anyone shows up. Isn't that their job? Very frustrating!
