I had 3 packages that say delivered all 2021 and I never received them. I call the post office all day, different times 8-4 and no one picks up. This is ridiculous. This location is just a waist off time and space.

I have 2 instances where tracking shows that my package was delivered and I never received it. Shouldn't someone be looking into why our packages are being taken and not delivered? I also have instances when my mail is delivered, where if a letter looks like it might be a check, the back of the envelopes are slightly torn open. Only on those types of mail...excuse me, the letter is addressed to me and not the nosy post person who wants to peek and try to take what might be a check. Please look into these issues.

Horrible customer service! I have been calling all day the 512-272-9268 number and its been busy all day! why have a number if no one cares about answering it. I believe this is one of the main reasons that usps will soon be extinct, bad service.

This location has been the worst I have EVER dealt with. Made it very difficult to just add my husband to my PO box with all the identifying info they needed. Nothing sufficed. Then the one time I asked if they could confirm a piece of mail came for me they lady at the desk told me how does she know I'm really the paying owner of box #.... Yea, they are a waste of freaking time and horrible customer service!
