2 of my packages were not delivered yet show they were! I have been calling and calling...every # I can..no one answers! USPS...you wonder why you are losing $..its because YOU ARE LOSING PACKAGES! Suck does not even describe your service..or lack thereof. Oh, and I have been receiving mail from people, not only my neighbors but from people 5 streets over! Government jobs..snow job.

There is a Facebook post spreading that indicates a mailman in 79912 has been confirmed to have the covid-19 virus and was handling mail. Is this something the public needs to me concerned about? Thank you for your time.
Can someone get back to me. Our block had had numerous errors on delivery of the mail. Every week I get between 2-5 pieces of mail belonging to someone else. This concerns me because I still receive a little bit of important mail. I’ve asked those to begin sending my mail via FedEx or UPS, since USPS lacks the ability to properly deliver mail.
I have called a number of post office locations and a number of them have "Not Working Numbers". Your main location doesn't even answer the phone either. I have literally been calling all morning and it is now 11:36 am. I have been redialing over and over and over and over. This is so unprofessional.
Good afternoon, It is now 5 06 PM and the postman has not shown up at 6930 Market Avenue, Suite A, El Paso TX 79915 to deliver mail. I had to send my assistant to the post office to drop the outgoing mail for Today, Tuesday and Monday. Yesterday, the gentleman came in and slid the mail under the door. On Monday, he came in around 2 PM and rushed-in dropped the amil and left without picking up the outgoing mail which was where it always is. I can be reached at 915 881-9500.
I am sad to report, every time I go into this office the postal workers are rude and seem to be bothered that I have a question. This branch is in my neighborhood and as a small business owner I use it at least 4 times a month.
NO ONE AT ANY OFFICE IN EL PASO EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. NOT EVEN THE MAIN OFFICE. WHY DO WE PAY THEM WHEN THEY DO NOT SERVE US? SORRY SERVICE. START USING E-MAIL OR FACEBOOK. ALL WE EVER GET IS BEGGING FOR MONEY ANYHOW. MAILED A LETTER MONDAY 13TH JUST ACROSS TOWN. STAMP CANCELLED 14TH, RECEIVED IT BACK IN MY MAILBOX TODAY. NO EXPLANIFICATION WHY.
I just called another post office and no one answered. I was going to call the 79910 location, but upon looking at these reviews, it is obvious
that USPS does not care about answering there phones. I wonder if any body from the USPS even reviews the Feedback to try and improve customer service ?? USPS seems to be a sinking ship.
Im am FURIOUS!! NONE of the post offices in El Paso answer their phones. They also keep sending my girlfriend's packages to the wrong places. I sent her 85 dollar in victoria secrets that says delivered she never got! i CANNOT believe no one is looking into the issues going on their. We are both very hurt...and disappointed. She is supposed to get two more packages of things I bought for her and we fear she will never get them. I cant believe this is happening..No one cares..and no one is helping either of us.
I'm 65 years young and the USPS has gotten worse every year. The carriers they hire and their existing ones just don't give a damn about good service when it comes to delivering material in their correct mail box and/or avoid tearing up mail by shoving mail into mail boxes. To top this off, the mail offices around town don't even pick up the phones...that's pitiful...Their attitude is "Let's F*ck up America" again... and their mentally is : "whether I do it right or wrong, it pays the same". I'll be glad when USPS shuts down...it's just a matter of time and I hope the majority of the bastards employees have a hard time finding new jobs...this includes the postal general !!!
The main phone number goes to voice mail then it says no voice box set up for this number. Then it says forwarding to attendent. Then say no attendent avalable, good by.
Fire them all! Drain the swamp and get non goverment employees!
Ongoing problem, filed change of address for my last address (single), started getting family's mail. New problem, moved to new place, advised all businesses and friends of new address. No mail at all! Complained, got spotty service. Suggested that because former resident and I share similar last names, they might be mistakenly sending my mail to him. Oh no, they assured me. Guess what? They are forwarding my mail to him. Got a business to call me when a letter to me from them was returned to them. Sure enough, there is a forwarding address on it to the former resident! Spoke to 4 "supervisors" and the best they can do is speak to the carrier? Can I take legal action?
Sorry bastards. No one answers the phone at any location. The postman dumped a box in front of the gate and left. When confronted, he said "prove it". The service with USPS SUCKS. We'll be shipping with UPS. Screw the USPS.
No wonder the postal service is losing money their service Is getting really bad. Fast to offer services that they cannot fulfill. Try calling usps and no one will answer your calls. Hopefully they will eventually lose their jobs maybe then will they reflect on the type of service they gave.
Getting bad?? Their customer service staff and mail service have Always been bad.. And it's mainly due to their Horrific Staff. But their prices are not bad, they just need to hire friendlier and less rude staff..
