I didn't get my social security check on February 3,2022 in my post office box 434 San elzario tx 79849 and no one can't even tell me what happened and why my income check and anyone else who are receiving paper check from the government have not came this month

The mailman who was at this location on 7/16/21 at 12:40pm was extremely rude, unprofessional, and hostile. When asked a question about a package which says delivered but I never received it, this mailman stood looking at social media on his phone, didn’t care to make eye contact with me and said “does it look like I know”. Then this same exact mailman delivers a box addressed to me to another apartment. The address on the box has my apartment on it clearly but this mailman does not care about his job. My other package still has not been delivered to me, it is missing and I have put out a claim on it. That man should be fired he his disgusting.

Mr. Sanchez is a honest person who went out of his way to help me receive a refund. I sent a package and it was there one hour and not delivered and sent back to me. He did not have to do that but the post office on Yarbrough would not be honest and give me a refund of over 40 dollars. Mr. Sanchez is very intelligent and should be commended for helping a old lady. This kind of person is not normally found and I am thankful that he waited in me at the main post office. Thank you so very much. Gratefully

The personnel at the 7383 Remcon Cir, El Paso, TX 79912 have terrible customer service: 1st, I was issued the wrong mailbox key for my new mailing address, then I took it back and asked for RUSH service on my correct key, but of course did not happen. I'm still waiting another 6-8 weeks to get the correct key (hopefully). 2nd: I was told this post office would hold my mail till I received my mailbox key. I have not received a single letter in the four months since I changed apartments. 3rd: I recently left my name, phone number and problem situation with an employee (in person) for the Supervisor Eli to call me but have not received a call to hopefully help me with my case. I tried using the USPS website to write a complaint about this post office branch but it is difficult, and kept telling me my address is "not validated". It really has been a nightmare dealing with the US Postal Service. I hope Trump does a good thing and fixed it a little now that he's talking about it in the news. S. Martinez El Paso Texas 79902

My neighborhood is experiencing a great number of problems with misdirected mail and it has continued over the past 6 to 8 months. Packages are delivered to incorrect addresses and mail is delivered to the wrong post box. This problem exists throughout the neighborhood deliveries. I live on Bear Ridge and this delivery problem exists from mail distributed from the Coronado Postal office. People have tried to complain to the Post office but their is no clear cut way to file a complaint. Calls are redirected or just not answered. I have missed bills which caused me to late payments. I have transferred most of my billing to computer payments. Their should not be an issue at all with package delivery. It's too easy to deliver a package to the correct address. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. WE ARE LOOSING FAITH IN THE POSTAL SYSTEM AND IT'S EMPLOYEES.

I've need to speak with a supervisor named Frank Galon. He was the supervisor that was on the scene of my car accident which was July 27,2017 and I'm still yet to hear from him or anyone with USPS for that matter. Please help. Yolanda Martinez 9152411380
