Edinburg resident. Mailman that services our area has been neglecting to drop off AND pick up outgoing mail. I can honestly say that it was late December early January that I sent letters that were just received this past Friday 2/10/23 not to mention my money orders for payments were also included in that outgoing mailbox that never got picked up. Yes he delivered Some Mail in a short period of time, management said He was in and out that mailman was there only 5-10 minutes when there were over 75 mailboxes. When I took my Concern to P.O. Supervisor all they did was pick up 1 outgoing mailbox and ignore the 4-5 other ones. How can we trust our mail is being correctly delivered and picked up?
My wife is a retired Postmaster, I'm also retired and a former Police Detective and City Mail Carrier. We live on Eisenhower St in Edinburg. Today, 6/14/22 a male Mail Carrier bypassed multiple mailboxes all in a row (including ours) delivering no mail to any of them. He is obviously either not bringing out all the mail, or intentionally just throwing it all in a tub at the PO without sorting it so as not having to sort and deliver it. The Postmaster needs to look into this serious matter and get back to us today!
They need to update their phone number or answer it. I was given keys to my mailbox at my apartment complex and they seem to be incorrect ones. I work Monday-Saturday 8:30-8:30 and have no time to be swinging by with their long lines wasting time. Their 1-800 number is no use either. This is ridiculous!
called 12-6-21 n 12-7-21, 23 calls each day n both days rang up to 20 rings then it would hand up trying to let Edinburg Post office my mail box was run down by a car to please hold my mail at 516 N Ceasr Chaves Edinburg, Tx. 78542 because I am out of town . Can not understand why have a phone number if no one answer called at 9 am

The mail service is unreal in the Monte Cristo Community Park. This is the second time my mail hasn’t been picked up. The first time I had to pay late fees because the mail wasn’t picked up (3 days in the mailbox flag up). Now here we are again, went through about 10:20 am, went to the mailbox 📫 flag still up, mail still in box. So end up driving to the P.O. They give the # to call the supervisor 956-383-3866 what a joke. Called 3-11-21 , 1:45p.m rang 20 times or more then went to busy signal. Called again 3-12-21 9:15 a.m 30 times (kept track of rings) then went to busy signal. So not hard to figure why they have incompetent postal service.
lots of times, i have been getting letters from people next street or sometimes my neighbor has been giving me my mail that postman is putting on his mailbox. I don't know why they are not putting attention on what are they doing.
On Wednesday, my wife and I drove to the Post office to send our mail in ballots. On Thursday, my ballot was returned to MY post box. We drove back to the post office and gave it to the lady at the front desk. She said it was probably the post man's fault. I guess that we should believe Trump who says the mail in ballots are not trustworthy!
The people at my apartment complex are only getting mail delivery 2-3 times a week. The other days the mail carrier simply does not come at all. We are all getting very upset. We NEED our mail! 815 S.4th Ave. 78539
I'm not happy with FedEx, FedEx service is so poor and unreliable , my package was sent through FedEx since16th of July through overnight mailing but I have not receive the package , I tried tracking my package it is telling me schedule delivery date pending , I dont know where my package is presently or condition of my package. I called several times but no solution to the delivery of my package. FedEx where is the location of my package as of today.
Poor customer service. Rude. Unprofessional. Richard picked up the phone and first thing out of his mouth was "Yes" I tried to explain why I called and he said "Just tell me what you want" again I tried to explain and he said "Well you gonna have to wait I have a lot of people ahead of you" and put me on hold I have been waiting now for 15 minutes .. wow!
I would like to complain do to some of your people who answer costumer service calles, it’s sad to say we rely on you guys to deliver our mail to our homes and I question getting my mail everyday... some mail to Edinburg home owners may have been that is very much important and all I was asking for some assistance and some lady had to patience or any decency to calls that go in.

I just recieved a book in the mail. PRIORITY MAIL cost my friend 5.75 to send it to me. I am absolutely appalled at the condition of the package I recieved.. Did you kick it down the road all the way from Connecticut down here to Texas or what? Because that is exactly what it looks like. Very unhappy with the way this package was handled. Thank God it was something breakable. Does no one take any pride in their work anymore or have ANY RESPECT for the property of others?
