Hi Glenn, For the past number of months, we keep receiving mail for other people with different addresses. Can you please train your postal delivery people to read the addresses and deliver mail to the correct locations? This has happened about once or twice a month for the last 6 months, we need help. Thank you for your concern.

Whoever delivers mail to our apartment complex really needs to do a better job. It's like they won't take a minute to deliver a box to your door. Over Christmas a box was crammed into my mailbox and I had to literally tear it apart to get it and the gift it contained out. Now a package that was supposed to be delivered wasn't and according to its online status "instructions were left." Too bad there is no notice or any instructions as to how to get my package. You really shouldn't claim to deliver things that you made no effort to deliver.
