This week 11-16-20 to 11-20-20 we have not had our regular postal delivery person at our place of business. This person has only dropped mail through our door mail slot. This person has never opened the door to see if we have any out going mail. We are a place of business we constantly have stuff out going such as invoices we send to our customers so we can receive payment to pay our bills and employees. I kept thinking our regular postal delivery person John would be back the following day and I would bring this to his attention and he could discuss it directly with the person delivering our mail in his place. But, if John has been reassigned to another area and this person is now going to be our new regular postal person they need to understand the importance of checking in with businesses about any out going mail. John has always been good about making sure to check if we have out going mail even if we have no mail for that day. Please contact me via email to discuss getting this issue resolved. I have tried to catch the person at the door but they are gone before I get there. Thank You.
