This is the worst way to send package available in the US. I can see why they are in trouble financially. It is the most backwards run place I have ever seen other than the DPS.

No one will answer phone. They say they have delivered a package but that’s not the case. I’m trying to talk to a human to figure this out

Tracking a package from HSN: Pkg shipped 3/8 from VA, arrived in CC (78469) 3/12, 8:14 am. On 3/19 I check with my PO station to see what happened to it. On 3/20 it was finally transferred to my station. This pkg sat in CC for 8 days before it was finally sent out for delivery. Clerk tried to blame the sender! HSN?? This has happened before but not as long as 8 days. Not acceptable! Still don't have it.

I placed food next to my mail box for the May 13th food drive, my mail was delivered, but the food was never taken. Disappointing. Don't distribute postcards saying you are participating in the nationwide food drive, if the mail carrier isn't going to follow through. I just moved here, my postal carrier where I lived before always picked up the donated food items.

every time I order some thing via mail order it always arrived damaged broken and just plain trashed, regardless if it is marked fragile or not, these people must play football with the packages, I have stopped ordering things that go via USPS and only accept UPS which is just as bad it not worse but at least they some times get things through undamaged not like this post office. from now on I am only buying rocks that wont brake in the mail.

After being out of town and having a fuller than usual mailbox, my carrier took it upon himself to begin retuning mail and marking it "moved left no forwarding address." By the time I contacted him and had the mail resumed, damage had already been done. I did begin receiving mail, but three weeks later, I began receiving e-mails, saying that my mail has been returned as "moved left no forwarding address." This is more than a little inconvenient, as I had already contacted the bank, etc., only to have the USPS start retuning mail AFTER I thought it was corrected. Now I have to go through the same attempts to start receiving mail all over again. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?!

Attempted to obtain a passport today...horrible service. The man processing passports rushed us to fill out our information and failed to give us adequate information on payment options. My wife called to make the appointment and the man failed to tell her that the application needed to be filled out prior to the appointment. He was unhelpful, rushed us and made us feel like we were inconveniencing him! Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism.
