Why doesn't anyone at the College station Post Office answer the phone??? My mail from yesterday was put in another box. And I received someone else's mail. According to our neighborhood website, multiple residents are missing their mail?!!!!
Conducted a test to see which Post Office was losing my mail. Envelopes mailed from Huntsville -Shiro - Bryan and College Station Post Offices all on same day prior to last pick-up. With in 2 days I received envelopes from Huntsville and Shiro. On 4th day received envelope from Bryan. It's been 1 month and still nothing from College Station. The address on envelope is my Bryan P.O. Box. I mailed another envelope out 2 weeks after the 1st just from College Station Post Office just to see if they would lose this one too. I still have not received either. I now know which location has been losing my mail.
I bought a new residence with a community mailbox. I went to the College Station P.O. to get a key to my box. They said they didn't have one. The builder told me he personally dropped the keys off. An agent said he would look into it and call me back last week. Never heard from them. Tried to call the office. No answer. Terrible customer service and I don't have a key to my mailbox!
The staff at the Harvey Mitchell location are the reason most Americans think that government employees are lazy and generally pathetic. Rather than deliver packages, they write “hold” or “undeliverable “ on them. Then when you go up to retrieve your package, the three morons at the counter ignore you until you raise your voice at them. The “post master” should be ashamed of himself/herself for tolerating such a horrible collection of people.
Been trying to get ahold of tge college station post office for 3 darn weeks and NOONE KNWS HOW TO PICK UP A PHONE. IT just rings and rings and rings. Try to email the postal service and the lady didn't give me the right email. My package I received 3 weeks ago was broken. This is the 2nd package that I have ordered and it was broken when I opened it up.
I have been calling since 9:03 a.m. its now 9:44 and no one will answer the damn phone!
The customer service for the phone #979-693-4152 cant say cause they wont answer the damn phone: So then I call the 1-800-275-8777 and same thing, put on hold for EVER - then they want me to stay on the line after the call and take a survey: You people SUCK poor Phone service! I will always pay the extra money to use the UPS or Fed-EX NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THE POST OFFICE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!
these people suck and are very lazy. No one answers the phone and my seller and customers are having a very inconveint time right now because these people are very unprofessional at its BEST. I feel for the company. Just look at the reviews. Their lazy employees are going to cause a small claim firework if they dont get themselves together and hire a new crew. Every one doesnt take inconvience nicely.
My mail carrier is not picking up my out going mail it is still in the box. At 100 Mortier #811 college station texas. 77845. It is a bill and the company is not going to receive it in time. Because the carrier is not taking it out for delivery. If I get a late payment on this bill I will personally bring it to the post office you all will be responsible for this late fee. Because you are not picking up my out going mail. This is absolutely unacceptable!
3 times now I have gotten notices that my package has been delivered and they had not been and one time that it says it was picked up from the post office but I had not picked it up. All 4 times they were not delivered until the next day. I figured she is doing this because then it still shows it was delivered in the window I was told it would be delivered but then does it later. VERY frustrating! She also leaves them in odd places. What happened to the standard of leaving them at the door? She leaves them by our garage, in the middle of the drive way and occasionally the front door.
I received a notice that my pkg had been delivered on 10/13 to my mail box. It had not been delivered as of yet. Is there a way to see what has happened to it. I have been trying to call the post office however I kept getting disconnected.
The Postal Service in College Station is getting very undependable. We never seem to have the same carrier making deliveries, and as a results, mail delivery follows no set schedule. Mail is often placed in the wrong mail box, and sometimes NOT delivered. I keep waiting for improvements, but it doesn't seem to be happening. American Citizens are encouraged to vote by mail, and we have been assured that the mail system is dependable, but experience is showing this to be false.
This post office is notorious for lost mail and slow deliveries. As I write this we are awaiting a package that was shipped with an expected delivery date of a week ago. Package tracking shows that is has been sitting at College Station Post Office since August 6 (it is now the 14)!
My mail was kept from me by a nonworking key in the package recepricol in the neighborhood mailbox display. Took an hour to get them on the phone and then "M" had to have been the rudest mail person on earth. Is it mandated somewhere that mail people have to be rude. I can't my mail where they put it and they are rude. Go figure. Yes I reported them.

I was suppose to have a package delivered today. Tracking number stated the package was attempted to be delivered. I’ve been out front all day and in garage. No one came by. Wtf. I needed items in that package. I know which postal person it was and she is lazy. She didn’t even attempt to give my package. Ridiculous. Now I have to wait until Monday to get it myself.
I've had 3 bills lost in mail for past month, sent off at different times. The last 2 I sent off inside the post office so that hopefully it wouldn't happen again. My bills are now late and I'm charged extra when I sent it off in plenty of time to get there by the due date. And people wonder why they do everything online now. I've never had so many issues with the post office and this is unacceptable.
I mailed two bills in the stand alone mailbox on Walton on May 17, 2020 and today is May 26, 2020 & my bills still have not been paid ! One was going to Bryan & the other to Wellborn water ! Both should have been next day delivery ! The post office does not answer their phone so I can ask them to check that mailbox ! What’s going on !!!!! ?
Your service is usually excellent, but I’ve noticed in the past month I am getting more and more incorrect mail. I live off of Timberidge Dr and in Forest Ridge area. I’ve had mail from St. Thomas Aquinas Church to a magazine for Lakefront drive. Yesterday my mail was completely switched with my neighbors mail. If we have had a new driver please retrain or check their work because they don’t seem to care.
We are missing 3 magazines and at least 2 pieces of mail in the last 2 weeks. One magazine, Sports Illustrated, I receive on Thursday or Friday so as of tomorrow it will be 3. My wife called Scott & White to verify they sent the letter last Monday from Temple and again 0. This happened last year and ended up on KBTX. Maybe I'll try that.
Our letter carrier is always delivering our mail to the wrong address! Same house number, different street! Sadly, it’s a community box type system so of course the carrier only looks at house numbers apparently! Has delivered at least $700 worth of packages to the wrong address or late within the last year. Maybe if he paid more attention to his job and not whatever he is listening to on his headphones, he would deliver mail correctly.
Package held at PO due to a Delivery exception?!? Finally delivered 11 days later. Delivery person tried to collect “postage due” at the door. When told that there was a receipt, the girl said that she would straighten it out with her boss. Many levels of deceit, lies, and total inaction at the College Station Post Office.
New to this town and I'm picking up on a few trends; the locals appear to be kind & pleasant, the evenings & most mornings have the perfect low humidity breeze, aaaaand parcels do not arrive on or before the anticipated delivery time and date. Even if you've paid for the item to arrive on or before a specific time and date. No big deal. Well... iiiiiit's kind of a big deal. lol
Wow!!!!! We have twice now tried to mail stuff from Austin to our daughter in College Station. We mailed the last item on Monday morning at 7:25 am. It is now Saturday, and she STILL has not received this time sensitive, 2 day delivery envelope. What is the deal?
I tried to call but no one ever answered the College Station office. How long should it take for a letter mailed from College Station to arrive to another address within College Station city limits to arrive? I mailed a bill on Tuesday 2/11 and as of today 2/13 it still has not arrived.
