I am appalled by the service of this post office. My sisters mailed my mom who is turning 97 a package. When it arrived several items were missing from the package. The missing items were a yellow turtleneck, a set of satin pillowcases, a bottle of perfume that was sealed and not flamable, Valentines cards and a pewter Angel. That is down right stealing. What kind of people are working at that post office? This is beyond incomprehensible. The value was not that much but it was the point. These were gifts for a 97 year old woman. Shame in you theives!

Help! For two days I have had my flag up with out-going mail. Mail was delivered, but the out-going mail was NOT picked up nor was the flag put down. How do we get our postman/woman to pick up our mail?

I work in the Bryan-College State area in Texas. We have 3 post offices. 2 close at 4:30 and 1 at 5:00. Only one is open on Saturday. Most people work 8-5. I do not understand why the two Bryan locations close at 4:30. I realize they open at 8 but most employers will let you leave early to run by the post office but not come in late. If you go in the College Station post office after 4:30 there are at least 25-30 people in line. Saturdays are also crowded because in a community of almost 250,000 people and a college with 50,000 students that is to be expected. Bryan needs to at least open one on Saturday and 1 open until 5:00 during the week.

Today I lost my second package due to a very unprofessional mail girl who thinks it’s ok to talk on the phone while delivering mail . I get informed delivery so I knew the package was coming but again ... no package . I have complained once already and in response the boxes have been marked with a sharpie but this girl doesn’t pay attention as doesn’t care . I imagine if it were HER mail she would care more . So I’m losing money and someone else gets my package for free . I don’t want her as a mail carrier and my neighbors agree she can’t do the damn job so maybe y’all should fix this particular problem or start paying for lost packages because I’m not made out of money ! 77803

Went to check the mail in Stone haven community today (11/15/2020), as soon as I got there I noticed the mail box cluster doors WIDE open!!!!! Incoming mail and packages completely wide open along with outgoing mail. I shut the doors because I’m sure who ever is in that cluster wouldn’t like there mail taken or blown away by the wind. Who ever delivered the mail here need to be 100% held responsible for this.

On August 3rd, a package was not delivered, upon me filling out the slip left in our mailbox, they left a sticky note saying they "do not deliver down private roads or driveways that are 1/2 mile or longer. Sorry-" Our road is barely 1/4 mile... they have delivered packages in the past, so I know I'm being bullsh*tted... with the covid19 threat, I would have expected for the USPS to deliver my packages to my home, that is why I shop online and that is why I pay shipping. To have it delivered. But now I will drive into town, expose myself to the virus that has been labeled a global pandemic, when I already paid for shipping and handling to avoid the risk. PLEASE DO BETTER. I'm not asking for anything special, just for the carrier to do their job. (This is my only complaint so far...h)

Are we not picking up and delivering mail to downtown Bryan businesses again? We have multiple packages and priority mail packages sitting and waiting for pickup.

Always super friendly and willing to go the extra mile to move the line. Most are always wearing a smile and make you feel welcome to be there and come back.

Lady postal officer refused to give me my mail even with proper identification. She proceeded to talk on her airpods about me taking up her time and how she can't keep dealing with people who don't have keys. I am a working mother of 2. I work over 10 hours a day only getting sundays off. I haven't been able to get to the post office and I haven't been in this state let alone this living establishment for more than a month. She was rude and very unprofessional. Her last name is Taylor and she refused to give her first name. She services 77801. Truck number 13303213

We have not received our mail since 6/16/18, I've signed up with informed digest thru USPS and know we are suppose to receive mail,Ms C.(carrier supervisor) had the audacity to say that info isn't always current, I hadn't had any problems getting it before 6/16, Ms C. went on to say I recieved my mail yesterday(6/18) well I like to know whose mailbox it was delivered to ( NOT MINE) I checked twice yesterday, my husband checked this morning, still no mail...we're suppose to recieve 8 pieces today(6/19) we'll see...

We did not get any mail yesterday, (not a holiday) and I had the flag up and mail to go out. He/she came today and we had mail from 2/13 - today is 2/21 - 13 pieces of mail plus magazines. I do not appreciate the mail carrier driving right by our house and not picking up our outgoing mail - lots of problems with this area.

Our mail is being returned. It is afdressed correctly. A case was opened and no one has contacted us. Textbooks ordered through amazon say they have been delivered via USPS and they have not.

Today 12/30/17 the mail carrier walked by the locked bank of mailboxes and threw my mail through the front gate on the sidewalk to my house. He did the same to others along my street. Not appreciated.
