Postal Locations

Hello, i have had some questions about our mail but are unsure what to do . On Saturday nov 30th 2019 the mail lady or man stopped unsure if they left any mail but i assume they did because they opened our mailbox and closed it we checked it 2 hrs later at 5 pm and no mail was in the mailbox and as of yesterday December 3rd a white pickup truck stopped at our mailbox at 11 am i went to check but no mail was there and the mail delivery schedule is so messed up. I would like it if there was an actual schedule that i could rely on because as of today ive sat outside and watched for the mail since 10 am and it is 3.48 pm rn. How can i have the assurance of knowing when my mail will arrive if its anywhere from 11 12 1 pm to 5 or 6pm. Not to mention our packages are not delivered to our front door but instead placed in atrash bag and hung on the mailbox for anyone to drive by and take. Yall need to work better on your mail delivery system because this whole schedule thing being all iver the place and leaving boxes in trash bags? It sucks and its called drive the package to the house like your supposed to i have never seen such horrible mail service.

Hello I have called this post office for ten minutes and no one would pick up.. and it was before 3:30pm Monday the 30th of April. I'm really unhappy with them..
