I appreciate the fact that your drivers work long hours but today, during his mail delivery to my address on w cr 34 , the driver turned in to my neighbors driveway and drover over an elevated area then proceeded to drive across the front of my yard Ordinarily I wouldn't have yelled at him but he was driving over my sprinklers and at myt age, they are hard to replace. (as far as I know there was not any damage) I did have my puppy out in the yard and was very concerned about her safety. it was a black suv. Please, Please do not drive across the yard!

No one answers the phone. It rings incessantly for long periods of time. Then when they do answer, it’s only to hang up immediately. Cannot believe my tax dollars go towards paying these people. They’re rude, unhelpful and the customer service here is complete garbage. Everyone should be fired.

I ordered a pool and it shows it was delivered at 3:09 June 25th. I have cameras at my home and I never received it. I got a package that morning for my husband Robert Ward. The tracking number is 936128702090911192414. I would like to know who where ect on my pool. Please call [number removed] I understand Imperial is a wierd numbering as I have received other neighbor packages. I just take them to them.

We must have a new or substitute mail carrier on route 79124-1318. The last several weeks mail has been delivered to wrong addresses. Because it has been happening so much, this week we watched the mail carrier posting the mail. SHE was on her phone the entire time she was posting the mail and not paying much attention to her job. Our neighborhood is close, so we hand carry misdelivered mail to the correct address when any of us receive them. This is not our job. I'm sure being on a mobile phone on company time is (or should be) against company policy. Please provide correction actions to this carrier so we can get our mail correctly posted and on time. Bills still come via mail. Since comments are not read by postal employees, I hope corrective action is possible, else I have just wasted my time.

I do not know who in their right mind in this day and age would use the USPS to mail a package especially a retailer. Your package will be delivered to wrong address or told it's been delivered to never be seen. The complete laziness and lack of even trying to deliver to a correct address is unbelievable. This is happening often in The Woodlands neighborhood and what is more unbelievable the fact that even getting delivered to the wrong address, that person is not doing the neighborly thing and returning your stuff, but yet keeping it. And shame on UPS for outsourcing their overflow to the USPS.

Belmar area is experiencing mail problems AGAIN. We went through this last year with mail being delivered to the wrong address or flat out lost. Packages did not arrive, though tracking said they did. And since I work at home, it's not like someone stole them off the porch while I was gone. Today, as has been happening more and more lately, mail all down the street was delivered one house over from where it should be. It is NOT my job to take the mail to my neighbor on the right, or go retrieve my mail from my neighbor on the left. I had a package sitting in my neighbors box. 2-3 weeks ago we got mailed delivered on SUNDAY!!! Huh? Plus, I'm getting mail with my house number but a totally different street. My neighbor, when she came over to see if I had her mail, which I did, said the Thanksgiving card she sent to a friend last year was delivered 2 weeks ago. The incompetence is appalling.
