Terrible mail carriers. They never leave my packages, doesn’t matter that my dogs have not ever bitten anyone or how many times you show them they refuse to do their job

My complaint is of a different nature.I get a lot of packages delivered on Sunday from Amazon.What gives the delivery person the right to deliver a package to my front door, then instead of backing up to return to the main road, which is a Rural route,....Turns around in my front yard where I am growing new grass and makes tire tracks.

Is there a reason there is no one at the Caller Service window at the Ross location? There was no one there on July 3rd nor on July 8th. Are there new hours?
