I am 83 yrs. Old in bad health. Stuffing packages in mail box with arthritis in hands hard to get out. Leaving packages in driveway getting wet. Leave packages & large mail on porch. Anything the mailman can do to make it easier on this old widow with no family. Thanks

Almost impossible to speak to anyone on the telephone. Mail may not get delivered for several days when the regular postal carrier is on vacation, etc. It seems that only some postal workers are unable to find my location. All other businesses and individuals have no problem finding my location. Please hire employees with good problem solving skills.

Worst post office I have ever dealt with. Nobody runs the business. Have received no mail in 3 days. Can't reach anyone by phone. Seems nobody cares. Will pay a visit, but i bet the boss is too busy or hiding and will not speak to me.

The Sevierville USPS delivery is an absolute dismal failure. It's extremely hit and miss. Sometimes you get your package and mail and sometimes you don't even though tracking says it has been delivered. I've had very expensive items that require a signature that I never received and the tracking says customer signed for delivery. Can you say forgery? Yep! What a disgrace. The worst part is that nothing can be done about it. They don't care about anything except collecting a check.

Placed a time sensitive piece of mail in the my mailbox and even though the mail carrier had not run yet it is still in there. The carrier has also delivered my mail (which were items i had purchased) to the wrong house multiple times. USPS has begun to be very unreliable.

It's Friday evening and upon checking my mail, I received 2 small packages. The other one isn't here. It says unable to deliver to this location. So I guess my question is, why lie about it? I was here all day and the other 2 were delivered fine. The mailman didn't even leave the slip so I can go pick it up at the post office.

Worst post office in the country. Carriers lie about doing their job and do not deliver packages as required. They scan them unable to deliver but never attempted it. It’s a shame them postal service retains such lying lazy carriers.

I haven’t been receiving any of my mail or packages - I watch the postal girl go to the gated community where the rich live and deliver all their mail and packages and then they leave the area. Are they getting paid more to deliver to the rich ? Discrimination

Good service inside but when calling to get information they do not answer the phone so the service in this area is poor.

The people in the counter area are nice and mostly helpful. The mail carriers are lazy and don't want to get out of the car to deliver packages they will leave them at the office and say it's too big come pick it up. If it's too big don't accept it for delivery........

I had a package that said it was delivered but I have not recieved it now when I check the tracking number it says will be delivered on the next mail day. No one answers the phone at the post office.

Beyond pissed! I know it is hard to find good help these days but this is ridiculous! Tracking says that the package was refused at my door! There's no one home to refuse the package. This happens all the time. Our neighbors have just started taking the packages to each other because they are always delivered to the wrong address. I have been waiting for this package for several days and now will have to wait longer since NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE AT THE POST OFFICE! I have been calling since 1 pm today and it has been busy the entire time. Even did a trouble check on the post office phone number and it says line is fine - phone off the hook!

I tried to call this morning about a package that was supposedly delivered to my mailbox yesterday it wasn't delivered. The mailman that delivers to my address is a different one on a normal basis to my knowledge my neighbors didn't get the package. Very irritated this is the second package to not be delivered this month. bothe were ordred this month!

Make sure the numbers are showing so the delivery person can see them clearly on the house and the mailbox. Usually if there is an issue with delivering to the wrong house, it’s usually the customers fault because they fail to take proper steps to ensure that the delivery driver can see the correct address on the house or mailbox

My package was supposed to be delivered oct 13th 2020 i checked my tracking on it and it said it was delivered oct 19th will i never seen it. So i think the mailman better pay attention to the address. This not the first time this has happened.

Called 10 times with no answer during business Hours to let them know they delivered someone else’s package to us. I refuse to take it to the right address because I’ve already done that multiple times. Plus I never received a package I ordered weeks ago and the post office said it was delivered. my packages were delivered to me at my old address although I had put in a forward address. The person on the phone admitted that if I receive a package on Saturday it won't get fowarded...wtf. so he promised he would the mail deliverer pick it up and forward it correctly. This was 2 weeks ago and now 8 can't get through to the office after an hr of busy signal. Do not trust this office to foward your mail properly

For some reason it sat at the Knoxville Distribution for over a day, now its saying it left there over 19 hours ago to the next facility. The person paid for 2 to 3 day Priority Mail and yet it's been in transit for 7. Need some help here. I think the shipper should be refunded his money

Our last mail person was great! The new one is anything but great. Every single day we get other folks mail. We are not confident we are getting all of our mail. Today we had a pick up scheduled and promised our customer the package was going out today. He did not pick it up and now it will not go out until Monday. This is not acceptable service and he needs a different kind of position with the post office or no position at all.

We have a concern with package delivery, we pay for 2 day shipping and we end up having to leave and go down town to Post Office to pick our items up. If this was a large or Heavy items I could understand. What can we do as customers to help?

I'm a carrier here in Sevierville and it is a stressful job!! That said though it is also a good job. We all make mistakes and do we ever hear about them. My co-workers are all good people and believe it or not actually do want to get everything delivered perfectly. While the complaints are prevelant and lots of times correct we do not purposely ere. So talk to your carrier and their substitute carrier discuss the problems. We will do our best to correct them. I also want to stress most of the customers I've dealt with are exceptional people but when speaking to your carrier try not to issue threats. It happens more than you could imagine. Its not your fault. The postal service should reevaluate its hiring practices. A standard IQ score of at least 100 should be required for all employees.

I was thinking of moving to the area. After reading these posts however, I am not sure. People here are just as mean to their postal workers, who by the way, ARE NOT paid by your taxes. And should anyone who makes several grammatical and spelling errors in one paragraph be complaining about carriers who cannot read? I'm sure not one of these complainers has had a single perfect record at their place of work. That is, if they work.

I don't understand how hard it is to put mail in the correct mail box. I have important things that are mailed to me that I end up never getting. I get mail in my box that os not even the same road that I live on!!!! This is crazy!! I will be going to the post office today and filing a complaint!!! My husband got his taxs and I didn't not get mine we did them on the same day. I got some other persons taxs!! I will be taking it to that persons house rather than sending it back thru the mail!!!!!

We’ve have to unfortunately file a lot of complaints with the USPS. We don’t have a “parmanent” carrier & the ones they put on our route can’t ever seem to get our mail in our box. We get everyone else’s mail & they get ours. Out here, people through it back through the mail than to bother bringing it by😔. You call & they phone is as if it’s off the hook (you can call every minute for 2 hours & it’s a busy signal). What companies in this day & age have ONE phone line. The postmaster has done nothing, the 800# has done nothing. It’s a shame that gov workers can be so lazy & know that nothing will happen to them (like the VA). Very sad post office.

I want to file a complaint. Our new mail carrier has repeatedly delivered our mail to the wrong address.Last week it was a package from Amazon. Fortunately the resident who received it was kind enough to go out of their way to bring it up to our door. Today she delivered another persons mail to our address.My address number is clearly marked on my house and visible from Manis Rd. The number also appears on the mail box. Last week she left mail and a package out side by the basement door in an unprotected area where it was exposed to the weather but not very far from the covered front porch and front door. How lazy can she get. She obviously needs further training.

I have phone number for Sevierville post office as 865-429-9818, but whenever I call, the phone line is always busy. I have been waiting for some mail that was mailed out this past Saturday from Prospect TN and I should have received it by now, so I call the post office and no answer because phone is always busy. Why does my mail carrier not bring my packages. I was a substitute we were told to take packages to there place blow the horn and see if they were home if not that's when we leave a notice for them to pick up there packages at the post office. I live in Happy Hollow in Wears Valley, we must have the worst. Mail carrier ever. Last year we ordered presents in November and didn't receive them until around March. We received the things we ordered along with around 200 pieces if mail. We have ordered several things recently and when we go to track them, the page will say that a delivery was attempted but the items were unbelievable. Do to an incorrect address???!!! We live right on the road and our address is clearly on our mailbox and our numbers are clearly on our house in post office suggested 2" numbers???!!! Is anyone else having this problem????
