Possibly the worst post office on the planet. Mail goes missing, doesn't get delivered, several (but not all) mail carriers are completely worthless. Impossible to get anyone on the phone at this location, so if (when) there is an issue the only way to speak to someone is to make a trip to the post office during their short hours. (And if you get unlucky, they may be closed for lunch.) After putting up with this crap for much longer than I should have, I now ship primarily via UPS. Unfortunately, I can't always opt for UPS when ordering items, so still have to deal with these clowns. As I write this I am missing a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but in spite of being addressed correctly, tracking says was returned to sender for an incorrect address. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Typical Pigeon Forge postal incompetence...

Why would it take 14 to a month to deliver a Thanksgiving card and why some didn’t get theirs at all.

I first want to start by saying, I have the upmost respect for anyone that takes pride in doing what is expected of them during the time they are being paid by any employer they maybe working for. What I do not agree with is a person that citizens trust with very personal property and failing to do WHAT is expected of them. My mail currier has truly been lacking in all regards. Instead of leaving mail in my mailbox or in a designated area they take the lazy way out and not leave my mail and packages at all because they are to LAZY to get out of a automobile that our tax dollars pay for to leave simple items. Instead they come at all different hours of the day after being on the job for years and still have no sense of routine and have become unexpectedly lazy and show absolutely no regard to taking pride in a simple job of riding around and placing people's mail and packages, but instead feel the need to leave a pink slip saying "pretty much" HEY IM TO LAZY TO DO MY JOB. SO NOW IF YOU WANT YOUR MAIL OR PACKAGES YOU MUST GO GET THEM YOURSELF!!!!!! WHAT A WAIST OF TAX PAYERS DOLLARS. DO BETTER!!!! BE BETTER!!!! PIGEON FORGE POSTAL SERVICE IS THE WORST OF THE WORST.

No one picks up the phone at this location. I need to add my son to my PO Box, but I am unable to contact anyone at the Pigeon Forge post office. Can anyone help me? I am currently out of the country and am unable to return because of COVID 19 and I need my son to pick up my mail.

What's with all the bad reviews? Lived here in Wears Valley for 4 yrs and I have NEVER had a problem with this office. People are friendly, considerate, nice. The most I've ever ever waited was during Covid issues. And that was nothing.

Service and workers are absolutely terrible. Corporate really needs to go in at this location and rectify the internal issues. This Pigeon Forge TN location is literally locally known as the worst post office in the state, if not the country.

Seriously how long does it take to change a lock on a mailbox. I have time sensitive mail. If my electric or water gets shut off because you can't do your job... please know you will be paying my bills. Thanks for nothing.

Answer the Phone. I paid for an over night package and they just said the business was closed. IT IS NOT CLOSED! THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY! $25 down the DRAIN! ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN SOMEONE CALLS!

Bad experience after the another, all I deal with is people who don't answer the phones, and rude workers. My house burned down in the wildfires and I'm trying to find out if my mail is there waiting for me, and other options I could look at. This is the most incompetent Postal service I have ever seen. I've lived in Florida, Georgia and Maryland in several cities, and I have never seen a post office this bad. Time to fire your employees and re-do management.

They don't ever answer the phone. I sent a certified return receipt letter to a Pigeon Forge Citizen from this post office. The Citizen refused to sign for the letter. So it said return to sender, I have a PO BOX at Pigeon Forge TN Post office. I have been waiting since Sept 22 2016 to receive the letter back. So on 10/04/2016 I checked the tracking number and it shows the letter is at the Orlando Florida Post Office waiting for pickup, WTH ? cannot call the pigeon forge tn post office because they won't answer the phone.

Today I went to the post office to ask what size of box, and all I can send, but the guy that works there said that it was not possible when I leaving it to those who stood behind me grinning repeated my last question, and all had a good laugh! I do not have very good English I speak with an accent that does not mean someone can laugh outwork And by the way when I come he laughed with a woman of Mexicans saying that it is difficult to write them funny names! I feel so bad I love this country but sometimes when I see like this guy from post office I have no words((((((((

I had a very stressful, and abusive visit to the Pigeon Forge, Tn Post office today(8/27/15). The young man on the desk, was demeaning, disrespectfull, and condescending to me. I am a disasbled Veteran, and a senior age citizen. The lobby was full of other people at the time. I am also a retired Federal Employee from another Dept, and understand how stressed
one can get at times. This man is not a suitable candidate for the job he has. He seems as if he could be very dangerous, in the right situation.

I will no longer be using the Pigeon Forge location post office. I will not be treated the way the front desk woman treated me today. If you don't like your job working with the public then find another job. Every time I go in to drop off my packages I witness someone getting treated poorly. Terrible place to go. A quick trip to the post office usually takes about 20 minutes because only one worker is at the front desk. I am sad to have to use another location as I live right NEXT to Rena St, but I'd rather go farther for a better visit to the post office. Beware!!

The Pigeon Forge Post office is just a dreadful place to go. My anxiety goes through the roof when I have to go there. I work for a local business and do to convenience, I must frequent this Post Office atleast once a week. The staff is very unfriendly and not at all helpful ever! Am I the only one who feels this way? I know if they are rude to me, they must be to others. Anyways something needs to be done about that female employee at the front counter. RUDE< RUDE< RUDE!
