On Monday 6/19/2023 I completed a package pickup request for Tuesday 6/20/2023 for 5 packages left on my porch. I waited until 3:40pm for a pickup so drove them to post office in Ooltewah myself before they closed. The post office delivery person stated could no find on my porch. This is the 3rd time in the last month I have waited late in the day. The other two times no one bothered to pickup just left mail in box. Just so you know when Amy is working I always get a pickup. Please help. Thank You

Ooltewah post service should just be shuttered. I get up too six parcels of mail for others every week. Box routinely left open. And have put a sign on it too close. We do not put mail in it to get picked up for reasons. elec bill never showed up for Nov , they said it happens all the time. Have complained before, normally just deliver the mail of others. Nov 29 I am going to post office and let them deal with it.

My kids great grandmother sends cash in greeting cards. I've asked her to stop but she's set in her ways. It was photographed in informed delivery but never made it to the mailbox. The delivery people need to be held accountable for their theft.

1. If this is not read by postal employees, what is the point? Are we just ...whistling in the wind? 2. It seems our postman is not even trying. Our mail - supposed to go to Sutters Lane keeps going to Silo Lane. That is only 1 problem. We finally gave up trying to have our mail held at the post office when we vacation because it never happens. This tool keeps jamming it in the mailbox when it is obvious that no one is picking it up. We submitted a written request, stopped it on-line and even phoned the Post Office, but the mail just keeps coming. Our postman is pathetic!

Mail delivery to our shut-ins is vital. When mail is returned to us with "not deliverable as addressed" "unable to forward" and it has been sent there for weeks or months previously, with NO INCIDENT, I tend to think the post office needs to step up. When this happened before, I called the facility to confirm the address and we are STILL receiving mail. This post office is poorly lacking in capable, competent employees and really deserves a thorough review by their superiors.

I have lived at our address in Ooltewah, TN. For more than 2 yrs. For some reason, I keep getting mail for the prior owners of our home who haven’t lived there for nearly 3 yrs. when we send it back to the post office the postal service keeps sending the mail back to me... even though I have written on envelope that the prior owner and his family does NOT live here nor do I know them or their whereabouts. They evidently did not leave a forwarding address and apparently do not want to be found.... from the process server, law enforcement and attorneys that have tried to serve papers or were looking for them as they have never showed up in court. This ongoing problem of continually getting their mail has been previously brought to the attention of the clerks at the post office, however, they act as if they don’t want to be bothered and only say they will take care of it, but never do. Another ongoing problem is we get mail quite often for other people in the neighborhood which we wind up delivering it to. Also, we are on “ informed Delivery”, however often our mail is not delivered for days up to a week later before receiving it. These are problems that never seem to get resolved. I was, and still am, trying to work with USPS to resolve this without going over people’s heads. Any further cooperation would be appreciated. Thank you.

Never had a problem with the actual Post Office until now ( can’t call always get a busy signal ). But the mail carrier on my route is terrible. Several times I have expected a package and the tracking number says out for delivery, for days. During those days it says waiting for delivery scan. Then several days later it is back at the post office. Kinda fed up with this situation. We also get other people’s mail. Wondering how much of my mail has went somewhere else.

I get somebody else’s mail just about every week I find my mail in the yard where they’ve left my mailbox open. This is getting very old we pay for mail service and AND EXPECT IT TO BE RIGHT HOW HARD IS THAT. ANOTHER THING RUN BY THE GOVERNMENT. AND THEY WANT TO RUN MORE STUFF.

We have never had a mail issue in Ooltewah (Belleau Ridge) until the past month or so. We are having to redeliver neighbors mail regularly now. Several bills were mailed weeks ago and didn’t arrive. What’s the problem?

Tracking shows out for delivery to 9684 Wiltshire in Ooltewah & never received by addressee. IS this a pattern? Have others been stolen?
