I took off from work to drive into Collegedale PO because the tracking information told me it was delivered. When I got there I was told sorry I haven’t had time to process the delivery yet. When I asked when could I expect it to be processed, the answer I got was, every time they have to come to the front desk it takes me away from processing the packages. As if it was my fault. This is terrible service. Not so much this employee but it is clear that this location is way understaffed or poorly managed. They should not be having the back people running the front desk when they have no people skills.

I just came to this location to mail a package. The service was very rude, not friendly at all. There were three people in the line and the clerk left the front and went to get her a drink. The lady would not help me tape my package at all. I am almost 70 years old and had difficulty with doing this. Customer service definitely needs to be improved here.

No mail was delivered Friday 10/15 or today 10/16 and will liklely not be delivered tomorrow (Sunday). How about Monday, Tuesday, etc? When will it be delivered? Will this be the normal situation?

When are you going to hire letter carriers that can read? Today I get mail belonging to someone on Spinmaker CV. Not even the same street as mine.
