Okay, we know Oak Ridge is short staffed but management needs to reevaluate how mail is delivered. If a regular route carrier can deliver their route everyday but another doesn't get theirs mail for over a week, then adjustment must be made. Let them deliver the regular route and the next day to a route that doesn't have regular delivery. I know my route is a walking route that no one wants and mail boxes are on the road, but come on now. They all get paid, so rotation should be done. Quit making excuses 😠 That's not rocket science to figure out....It's called management.

I have been waiting on a package for a whole week it was supposed to arrive on the 14th now it is Friday the 17th and still nothing. We did not get any mail for 3 days come on now

We have not had an issue with getting our mail, until, the last few weeks. I had a package out for delivery …it was on the truck, next thing I know, they went in and changed it to the 28th. I waited on the package until, ten at night, then they changed it to the 28th. We are only getting every three days ….I have no idea what’s going on but you guys have got to figure it out.

Hello, It has been 10 days since we have received any new mail. I understand we are short staffed. May I suggest the short handed carrier concentrate on a third of his route every X days, a third every X days and the final third every X days?

There needs to be a federal investigation into oak ridges post office. Genuinely. I work out of my home as an auditor, and have told the post office that it is *imperative* that I receive my mail on time. Mail getting lost could mean people losing their business licenses, not receiving invoices in time, etc. Still, they refuse to deliver my mail because they can't reach my mailbox from their car. To add insult to injury, three (yes, THREE) of my renewal credit cards were lost in the mail. Also, it wasn't a single envelope containing three cards. It was one renewal card that I had to request a new copy of THREE TIMES because OR kept losing it. I had to finally ask my bank to place a renewal card in a BOX and overnight it to me. Finally showed up four months after OR should've delivered it. NOW they seem to have lost my license plates in the mail, and I am going to end up getting pulled over for still having the car lot tags on TWO MONTHS LATER. You quite literally cannot make this up. They say they're short staffed, but refuse to hire anybody. Trust me, I know several people who have applied there in the last few years because it's a halfway decent paying job. But they do not call people back or schedule interviews. This is all the fault of the management, which again, needs to be investigated and/or removed. When you complain, they'll say "oh please be nice, we're short staffed!" Like y'all know that you don't have to be short staffed if you'd just HIRE SOMEBODY. The "nobody wants to work anymore" stuff that they all parrot is bs. I know several friends who've been in the job market for a while and none of these company's respond to applications. I swear it's all a conspiracy.

Oak Ridge Tennessee has the WORST Postal Service ever.All the way from the Agents to the Delivery. Wrong Mail, Missing Package, Lazy. I feel this office needs to be investigated

I hate to hear that. I live in east OR and have excellent service with my carrier Teresa. She goes above and beyond to help My whole neighborhood. And she's sweet to my dogs with treats!

We are temporarily renting an Airbnb house for 2 months at 105 E. Geneva Lane in Oak Ridge with a mailbox at the front porch. Although we have spoken personally with the regular mailman, we have now put 2 different items in the mailbox on 2 different days with the flag up as requested by the mailman BUT they zip right by this house in the mail buggy & don't pick up our mail. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM HERE???? They have delivered junk mail but won't pick up our outgoing mail.

Oak ridge postal service is the WORST !!!! They ALWAYS lose or misplace my packages , they keep sending me informed deliveries thru my Email showing what mail I should get today and guess what....... I DIDNT GET IT ! They obviously can’t read East and west . Drives me in-freaking-sane !! I hate this damn postal services . They need new people that know wtf they are doing cause I’m sick of it .

Sunday delivery driver just cruised through Hendrix Creek at 50+ mph in a USPS vehicle. I motioned for him to slow down and he accelerated. Disappointed!

My husbands check had been sent thru the mail and it apparently got put in the wrong box and now we are unable to get anther issued and paid for another week. We are always having the wrong mail put in ouregards box and others are too. This is ridiculous!!! This is not the first time our package has been sent back too. If your guy can't do better t u en this he should not be working there. That's why I pay bills online and so do many others. I thought we could count on the mail man.
