How about you get off your butt and deliver some mail. The roads are cleared and people can drive to the post office but you can’t deliver anything for over 11 days? You guys are sorry sacks of shit.

We haven’t gotten any mail all week. No one answers phone. I can see what I should have received through USPS Informed Delivery email. I wish they would notified us through Informed Delivery what to expect as far as when deliveries will pick back up and whether we can pick up our mail at the USPS locations and which location is our post office.

I have lived at my apartment for 3 years no problem. Now I have my mail being openned and not receiving my bills. I have tried calling and no one answers. I called the 1-800 number and wait time was 20 mins. This is so frustrating.

Our mail carrier is absolutely taking great latitude with parking on the street. My sister-in-law has to park on the street and we made sure, I have a video of measuring from the mailbox, that we are not parking within 15 feet of the mailbox. There is plenty of room to pull in and deliver the mail correctly and ACTUALLY close the mail box, of which she rarely does! There is NO statute in Federal Regulations that prohibit that practice. Every legal resource that I have consulted mentions the 15 ft approach to the mailbox... I will be contacting the postmaster general in Nashville to remedy this situation...

My bank called to let me know they tried to deliver three times ... to the correct address. I've called the Farragut Post Office number multiple times with no answer. This is not the first time mail has gone missing, or just not showed up. Where is the accountability?

Package says it was delivered but it wasn't. Lots of mail in our neighborhood is going to the wrong address and it's impossible to get someone on the phone, I've tried for the last week. How is anyone being held accountable for being downright incompetent!? It is infuriating and after reading other comments, I see this is an ongoing problem.

We ordered a package via Amazon and the tracking shows UPs Sure Post. I got the message "Delivered" but I haven't received the package. When I called the UPS, it was showing the package is delivering through post office. Tried to call Farragut Post office , but no one is answering or the message is useless. Package is delivering to wrong address.

Mail carried on 12/16 left 7 packages out in the open for residents to sort through. This is at least the 2nd time this has happened and it is unacceptable. It is the job of the post office to deliver mail. It is not the residents job nor the management company's job to deliver mail. They need to deliver packages to doors like they are being paid to do. Same thing, what is so hard for them to take a package to your porch? I cannot get to the post office due to my work schedule so therefore I can’t receive any packages because they won’t put it in my porch. I have requested them to be put in my porch. They do not have to be signed for so I don’t know what the post office’ problem is in delivering my packages to my door. I also live in Mountainview. They do t answer the phone either.

We have a different postal carrier now almost every day. They are coming in our lobby door instead of in the side door as always instructed to do. The ones coming in the lobby door just lay our mail down on the patient sign in counter and NEVER pick up our outgoing mail. I have tried to call your office, but NEVER get an answer. Please, Please instruct the mail carrier to "at the very least" ask our front desk personnel if there is any outgoing mail! Thank you

I don't know who the carrier is for Farmington Subdivision, but they are beyond horrible. Mail is just left all over the neighborhood. They must figure the residents will sort it out, which we usually have to do. I don't know how many times I have complained, but nothing ever gets done about it.

I too live in Farmington Subdivision and if you complained to the carrier or the Farragut post office it will go no where. The lady carrier is extremely horrible. We complained multiple times at Farragut post office also. My husband said something to her, now she refuses to deliver packages to our house. If she don’t want to do her job she needs to quit of retire. I got the post master of Knoxville number. If anyone wants it. It is 865-558-4544. I will be calling them today.

Totally incompetent farragut TN location. Maybe their all like this, but problem after problem getting my mail and no matter how many times you take your time to speak with an employee, the problems are never corrected. Further, just try finding someone there to actually care or give a darn. I ask to speak with the postmaster and he doesn't even work on site. And they wonder why the post office consistently looses money?? Doesn't take a brain surgeon.

Have had mail missing once a week for a month now. Called number and as listed in other reviews "no answer." Today ten pieces of mail put in neighbors box. One of which was a government document. Last week it was a utility bill that I did not receive at all. Cost me $7 for not being on time. Let's be honest folks. They are just like the politicians. Give me your money and take a hike consumer.

Well, like some other folks, I tried the phone many times with no luck. (I'm wondering why even bother to have one.) Then I found the postmaster's name and .gov email published on a post office hours site so I thought I would try that. Darlene M. Rickard. Well, that email doesn't exist. Why am I not surprised? I just want to know why I haven't had mail delivered in 4 days now.

I'm wondering if you hire employees that can read, or do you have to school them after they are hired? Our mail carrier is constantly stuffing items in our mailbox that clearly say "DIPLOMA ENCLOSED DO NOT BEND or PHOTOS ENCLOSED DO NOT BEND." Am I missing something or does that seem pretty plain english to me!! I am aware they handle massive amounts of mail, however if they cannot follow simple instructions, I really think they need a new profession that does not include reading!!

We are constantly looking for mail we are supposed to receive and our neighbors in most cases but not all have it in there mail box. It has been really bad in the last month. I think if you drive past the box you have mail for you should not just deposit it in someone's box in hopes that it will be given to you. It should be driven back to the box it belongs.
