So...the postal worker is a liar. Said he put a package in my mailbox. I checked with sender - there is NO WAY it would fit in my mailbox. Then they tried to say it was stolen even though I was home when the supposedly delivered it. They have no idea what they did with it, they have no intention of making it right, and they were supposed to call me back over a week ago and never have. Piss poor service, and a bunch of liars.
I sent an overnight package to family in this area..contacted this local office and staff helped to leave package in area to make sure loved one received!! Thank you for taking time...little things often make the biggest impact. It was appreciated.
Lazy and always confused on how the postal system works. The carriers are useless too. I had my mail held for 30 days go to pick up held mail didn't have any becouse it was on my box. I informed them tells me it being held. I catch my carrier tell him.. he tell me its being held. I show him the mail in my box for the 2nd time and said it was the carrier on Saturday.. I check my box before he was there it was empty.. I just walked away there is mail everywhere daily people getting ours mail. And just lay peoples mail on the ground. That why I hold mine. And I change my address and they change it to the same address.
Worst Post Office in East TN!!! Went in Tuesday to ask about package that i dropped off first thing Thursday morning the week before. Could not find package, stated that it was in the, "submission process." Lasy would at desk was awful. She rang a bell and told me to step aside and if someone can help me thay will come up. I asked her how long I needed to wait. She commented, "as long as you want to." Hope to never have to deal with them again.
We dropped our Christmas cards off a 137 E Young High Pike, Knoxville, TN 37920 t outside in the Dropbox on November 30. The box was so full that only 5 cards could fit in the box! These cards never got delivered! On December 16, I went back to check the Dropbox and it looked as though the box had not been emptied as there was still mail jammed inside the box! I could reach my hand inside and pull out letters! Please have someone totally empty this box! Thank you!
