The payment machine and stylus are not wiped down between customers...you have to touch Stylus or machine with finger. The tracking payment receipt was placed on counter for you to pick up. All are covid violations ... safer to go to grocery store than post office

Your drivers, especially in Germantown, need to watch where they’re going! They almost hit me on my bike, AND I WAS IN MY OWN NEIGHBORHOOD!!!!!!

I paid for and mailed a registered letter. $7.75 total on April 23, 2019. I have my part of the green receipt, but the part that the recipient was supposed to sign and should have been returned to me has never arrived. When I called the post office, I was told that it probably got lost. I would like to get a refund because I did not receive the service I paid for. I needed the receipt as proof as I am involved in a lawsuit. Now I have to resend the entire packet further delaying legal matters. Please refund my money because I don't think I should have to pay the service twice.

My wife did an individual change of address request JUST FOR HER.. and then I stopped getting my mail. They said the route person had a death in the family (condolences) and the temp mis-understood and stopped delivering all my mail. The line is always busy, I have no confidence in the front office and now all my checks, bills, and IRS information are being held hostage by the post office.

Once again we received the wrong mail and can not find our mail. The carrier also does not bother to put down the red flag after he/she has picked up the outgoing mail. This service is a disgrace. This listed phone number is always busy.

Called about tracking a package in which the status was Delivery status not updated after it went out for delivery for two days. Someone picked up interrupted me and said it should arrive later that day then cut the call short. It's been four days after that statement I've called every day and all I get is a busy signal... The heck is wrong with ya'll don't ya'll know how to pick up a phone.
