I placed an online order, when I noticed it was shipping to an old address. I immediately contacted the Company and got the run around. Then contacted the shipper and got more run around. I tracked it everyday. On the day they were to be delivered, I went by my old address and the new resident said he had given them to the driver. I went to the Macon Road Post Office where an employee (aGod send) found the 1st order that had been returned and tracked the 2nd package which had just got delivered to her location. I give her a 120% effort. Thank you!!
The mail service is horrible. Every time I go to my mailbox I get someone else’s mail. And neighbors bring me my mail. This happens very very often. I’m afraid to have anyone mail me anything cause I may not get it. It has gotten worse in the past couple of months. Very disappointed in you all.
Mail carrier out my mail on the windshield of a car that was parked in front of my mailbox on a Saturday. 1) the car had out of state tags, IT WASNT MY CAR! 2) my mail is now in Jackson, TN with someone who I don’t really know. I could’ve understood NOT delivering my mail, but not placing it under the wiper if an unknown vehicle parked in front of my house. Our neighborhood is big - random cars are parked along the street visiting my neighbors often. This can NOT be proper procedure.

THE FEMALE CARRIER STOPPED AT MY MAILBOX AND SAT SEVERAL MINUTES RUMMAGING THROUGH HER MAIL,THEN GAVE US NOTHING,ALTHOUGH WE HAD JUST RECEIVED EMAIL CONFIRMATION 5 MINUTES BEFORE THAT IT HAD JUST BEEN DELIVERED. WE GOT IN OUR CAR AND CHASED HER DOWN. OF COURSE SHE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT OUR DILEMMA, BUT SHE LEFT TO GO CHECK THE OTHER HOUSES AND CAME BACK WITH AN EXCUSE THAT SHE NEVER HAD IT. WE HAD TO RETRACE HER STEPS AND CHECKED EVERY MAILBOX IN OUR CIRCLE AND FOUND IT IN THE WRONG BOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY INCOMPETENT!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THE WAIT TIME ON THE PHONE TO SPEAK TO A PERSON IS 45 MINUTES,LIKE ANYONE WOULD HOLD ON. THE USPS HIRES INCOMPETENT PEOPLE AND I BET NONE OF THEM GIVE A $HIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I live in the Walnut Grove Lake Subdivision and am sick and tired of having my neighbors mail shoved in my box along with my own mail. My husband has to deliver it to the neighbors. From now on we've decided to leave the mail in the box so the mailman can pick it up and then deliver it correctly. Maybe if they have to do their job two times without assistance of the public they will do it correctly the first time. This is happening almost daily...for instance every day first week of December. I wonder how many times my mail has been delivered to someone else.
I have tracking information on two packages that were 'attempted delivery' on Saturday, November 3 to my office which is open Monday - Friday from 9-5. Today is Wednesday, November 7. Still no packages. I assume someone from the Cordova PO is enjoying my merchandise :-( Yesterday our mail was delivered to the building next door to us. Our address is clearly posted on our sign in front of our building. Unbelievable incompetence!
Very incompetent people work there like the old lady with grey hair. Always rude for no reason. The mailman for my street is also irritating and does stupid things. Tired of their dumb ways. And there’s no use complaining cause because there’s nothing they will do about it.
10/26/18 The manager is extremely discourteous in a manner that needs addressing immediately.
The Amazon tracking posted that my package labeled to mail to the Cordova post office had been sent somewhere else, at my request. Together we called customer service where Mike (USPS) was very rude and said. "Nothing I can do. Ill give you the post office number."
Line continuously busy. When I went into the post office, the staff was so kind. They were diligent in trying to help. I asked what the complaint process was. They said the manager will walk you thru it. I left my number for the manager to call who they told me at 1:30 had gone to lunch and would be back around 4. When I arrived at 5, I asked the manager to please find my package and give me a written copy of the complaint process. She said your package want arrive till Saturday and you will have to wait to get it. I asked again for the complaint process.
She began to shout loudly, "I'm through with you. I'm not talking to you any more. Get off this property. This is government property." When I recanted I am government property she said"I will call the police on you to have you removed." I called the police in their presence because the manager moved out of site. The police told me to get her supervisors number and report her.
Needless to say this situation was escalated in an unprofessional manner. I am totally dismayed. This was the day of 12 bombs mailed in the US. The USPS managers and customer support seemed aloof to the world and uncaring.
By the way, I still don't have the package.
I was left a delivery attempt slip in my mailbox while I was home, Tuesday, 4/24. I went to the post office the next day 4/25, it was out again. I waited about two hours to call and see if it returned to the post office. I was immediately placed on hold, I am still on hold as I type this message. I have currently been on hold for 20 minutes. This is ridiculous. .
I am fedup with my postman shoving boxes in my mailbox that don't fit except if they wedge them in and now my mailbox is bent.
She also drives her truck up my driveway (small hill).
Why is she doing this, because she doesn't want to walk up the step to put the packages on my porch, which is covered.
Now she leaves the boxes by my garage door unprotected and they get rained on.
I just returned home and the box sat out in the rain, useless now!
How do I get her to quit driving up my driveway and to get out of the truck and deliver the package to my front door?
We need to know if our mail carrier delivered our mail on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017? If so, it was not in our box on Monday morning.
Could someone from the Post Office please get back to us and let us know.

Why would Cordova Post Office say they tried delivering my packaged today at 2:59 p.m. when the mail has not come yet at this time 5:57 p.m? Can someone please explain that to me. Nobody's mail on my street has been delivered and it isd now 6:01 p.m.
