My package was greatly delayed and finally got to TN. I talked to a lovely lady at the Franklin Post Office. Who tracked and found my package. Stated it would go out nxt day. She also called me back to confirm address. She was polite and intelligent. Just like my postal workers in Texas. Thank you. Good Job!

The point in sending a piece of mail certified, is to get a signature to prove it has been received. PLEASE HAVE THE PERSON YOU GIVE IT TO SIGN IT!!!

We were waiting for a priority box yesterday at our business. tracking says no one was here at 3.55 which is a LIE. 9400111298370089012245 We were here til 4:30 and we know for a fact no one came to our door at our gallery. No one is picking up and I can't get anyone to answer the phone to rearrange delivery. We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

There have been incidents of packages being opened and stolen. My husband has received packages that have been opened. I have had packages stolen. We live at IMT Cool Springs in Franklin. Just giving you a head's up to do an investigation.

No mail delivery in over a week. This is terrible service

No mail delivery for numerous days. Why has mail delivery and pickup ceased?

Why is that people pay for certified letter. Fairview tn 37062 . She pulls up and sees you working in front yard . Then takes her time to fill out an orange slip saying we missed you. I sat there and watched her . But that's what you pay for when sent certify . But to be smart *** just because of lazyiness is unheard of . I seriously made eye contact . UNEXCUSSEABLE . I know they need workers . But if you don't like you job . Get another one. We've always got along I don't see acting like that now . Wow . Sometimes we don't even get our mail until Sunday around 8pm. This is getting out of hand . To be essential workers I know the get some type payment through crisis funds. Hire some people. this is getting ridiculous I'll be waiting for my mail Sunday night which is crazy. SAD...

We are not receiving Mail due mailman’s neglected service. He reported that we are not at our address when we returned some mail he delivered from wrong address. He has been delivering other people’s mail in our address for several months. His name is Jonathan. Our address is 228 Mclean court, Franklin, TN 37067. Our names are Drs Soumen Ghosh & Sumita ChakrabortiGhosh. When my husband caught him today he kept on arguing. In our 20 yrs in in Brentwood and Franklin we have never experienced this. We missed major mails including checks and bills. We have been trying to talk to someone but the post office phone is not working. We need immediate attention. We need all undelivered mail. And this mailman needs to be removed from this route. Please assist

If you deal with this post office you're going to find that it is the most horrible USPS experience you'll ever have encountered. I have dealt with the Oak Meadow Drive location for 26 years and they can never seem to get my mail in my box at my home. It's been a constant struggle and with every complaint that has been documented and reported the service only gets worse. On the last occurrence the carrier swore they placed the package in question on my front porch until I called their bluff and told them I was at home and I saw that they never came down my driveway. To which they backed up and admitted that they didn't put the package on my porch but instead delivered it somewhere else. But, a week later I still don't have this resolved and no one at the post office will answer a call or respond to an email. Which is a travesty because they have us over a barrel. We have no choice but to use them but we have no recourse when the service is bad. You're just out of luck, buddy! My letter carrier needs to be fired but you know that will never happen. Too much politics involved and its a union gig. Ridiculous!

I am not satisfied with the USPS delivery of packages. I made a phone call into the facility earlier in the year regarding a package being left out in the rain, it just happened to be College textbooks that I ordered for my son, luckily, the cardboard box was wet, but the books inside were only damp and not wet because that would have been a lot of money lost. As of late, and I do not know the protocol, but packages are being left next to the mailbox at the roadside, or in the grass, or rolled down the hill into the ditch, and I am right off of Highway 96, a very busy Highway with many passer-byers! I do not know why they would not drive up the driveway and leave the packages at my door? Sometimes they do, and sometimes they do not. It seems to depend on "who the delivery person is", which is rather sad.The inconsistency confuses me and leads me to think the err is on the side of laziness. I know there is a lot of mail and people just want to get home at the end of the day, however, I would think, that the US Mail service would be more respectful of a person's mail than to leave it by the roadside for people to steal or for it to get wet overnight, or just out of common courtesy of delivering the mail to a persons house! Take pride in your job and deliver the package up to the house/door! I have no gates, no dogs, nothing, just a driveway. It just boggles my mind! When I think of the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, I think of a respectable service that has been in service and serving the people for more than 230 years. I am a United States Veteran, and things associated with this Country and serving our people really matter to me. Respect , Pride and Courtesy matter to me. It should matter to everyone or they should not be doing the job.

We have had nothing but on going issues with our mail. Put in a mail requst to have our mail forwarded. We receive hardly anything. I get emails from some of my accounts that I need to verify my address as mail has been returned to them. What is up with this postal delivery!!!!!

According to my tracking number: 9500 1149 9747 9067 2152 59 Package was said to be delivered on Delivered March 11, 2019 at 12:31 pm Delivered, In/At Mailbox FRANKLIN, TN 37064 Recipient: John Hunt never received the item. 1633 Wellington Green Franklin,Tenn 37064. Tried numerous times to contact Postal Instpector vie phone and email without getting any support on tracing the item. Can you help me on your end. The postperson servicing Ladd Park neighborhood just blatantly lied. They claim my amazon package was delivered to my mailbox. Well it was not. it fell off the truck and only due to kindness of neighbor I received it, because he took time to delver the box he found on the side of the road. But the post person marked of and sent to amazon notification that the put in my mailbox. Very dishonest. How many more packages were lost like that and lied about!

Is the post office on strike? Have not received mail since Saturday.

Yesterday, October 16, a letter from my health insurer was delivered badly torn -- about a third of it was missing. Either you have a malfunctioning machine or an incompetent employee. I am 88, live at Brookdale, do not drive and depend on the USPS. PLEASE do not let this happen again.

Have tried to call all day-no answer. I had a package sent and this offices' carrier did not deliver as it shows on tracking. Package was not received😡

Tried to call the Franklin Post Office for more than one hour. The last phone call was picked up, then someone hung up, right away. Very disappointing customer service.
