For over a year now we have been having issues with missing mail, late mail, and instances of mail not being delivered at all.. This has been reported to the local post office, resulting in retaliation. The mail has been thrown and scattered on the porch (evidenced by ring door bell video), mail has been left ON THE GROUND, beside an empty mailbox and/or returned to the post office and falsely. noted to be "at the customers request". This is criminal behavior that will be reported to the US Postal Inspector and the Office of Inspector General (OIG). Anyone experiencing similar issues is encouraged to do the same.

Does anyone have an issue with parking near their mailbox? We got a notice in our box regarding my daughter's car parked a little over 6ft beyond our mailbox. They want her to park 30' away from our mailbox, which is ridiculous as our driveways aren't even that far apart! So she's either parking in front of someone else's house (which can annoy people), within 30' of someone else's mailbox, or in front of a fire hydrant. Most ridiculous rule ever. It's not happening! I'm really sorry you can't hop out of your Post Officer cruiser and walk 2 ft to the mailbox. I'm old enough to remember the days when mailmen actually walked from door to door to deliver mail.

Pkg. was left behind my closed door of garage . This morning in my car, I raised door to back out. The pkg was bulky and most likely Damaged my tire. Let alone scared me to death. This person should be reported for leaving it on driveway instead of from porch Please call 901-8539560. Also it was left out in the rain. Nothing have pkgs been left on drive way.

Absolutely the WORST post office in America - and that is saying something. Lazy employees who just leave you on hold forever (I held almost an hour and finally gave up, only to have it happen again). They lose packages at an astounding rate. If you get Mary there - then God help you! She doesn't want to deal with customers. Get in line and wait 40 minutes while the clerks talk to each other. Rotten Management. They only thing they do efficiently is to run to the parking lot when the day is over.

I sent a package to Collierville and it is either lost or stolen or delivered to the wrong address. It was a hand made item and has sentimental value. When I tried to call the post office it was either busy or it rings 10 times and nobody is answering. This is very frustrating.

Practically every week I have mail delivery problems. Either I get someone else’s mail or someone gets mine. This includes letters and packages. Even when I place my neighbors’ mail back in my mailbox and leave the red flag up, it remains in the box. I finally found the best solution is to deliver the mail myself. I currently have a second package missing in about 6 days. A neighbor delivered one; I’m waiting to see if the other will show up. Our street names are similar, but that’s no excuse. All it takes is paying more attention.

A package was delivered to 830 Barbara Lynn Drive in Collierville by mistake. It should have been forwarded to my new address. Need information.

Our mail person hasn’t picked our mail today. It is now 5:32p I have checked with neighbors and they haven’t received anything nor have they seen him/her. I needed our mail picked up today because there are bill payments in the mailbox. This is very annoying. Lately we have been getting other addresses in our box and receving mail after 6:30p. This isn’t right!!! Pretty soon we will have to use flashlights to get our mail....... if they ever decide to deliver!!!

We mail out a monthly newsletter called Prime Time. We pay the rates for a periodical. We have been told that our newsletter is supposed to be treated like first class but they are not delivered promptly anywhere in the county except for Collierville TN where we are located. Help us please. We have followed the mailing directions but the Prime Time does not get delivered as it should. It is taking weeks, yes, weeks for it to reach our church members. My boss has never received her August newsletter yet and we mailed them in July. We are throwing our money away.

I have experienced the worst service today that I've ever had. I was supposed to receive a package today in the mail because on the tracking update it said that my box was on the truck and on its ways. However, it did not show up at my door and I even went to my mail lady and she said it wasn't even on the truck. She was also not nice in any way. Now I am currently on the phone with an employee at the USPS and have been on hold for at least 10 minutes with absolutely no answer after saying she was going to her computer. They need to hire better employees and keep track of the packages they are delivering to people
