I frequently order from EBay. Many times my package is bounced back and forth between the 37421 facility and 37411 facility. Right now I have a package that has been here in Chattanooga for 3 days. C’mon, please. EBay sellers get scored for shipping speed. When I look at the package tracking and see the package has been bouncing around back and forth for a few days it makes me crazy.
Delivery attempted on Saturday 9/11 at 11:00AM. Package was not delivered because "Mailbox was full. Notice was left."
The mailbox was not full, and there was no notice left. There was no notice left because there was no attempt. I was outside in front of my house for about 15 minutes either side of 11:00AM. there was no USPS truck. I understand not wanting to get out and deliver a large package on a Saturday. I'm just as lazy as the next guy/girl, but now it's apparently sitting at the Eastgate office waiting for me to respond to a notice I never got. They don't answer operator/general routed calls, and they have no intention of "trying again," as Amazon believes. If I need to miss work to go get a chair I need for work, so be it. All I'm saying is own your choices, and keep people informed.
The phones don't ring for "operator" calls. They're set up that way. They have no intention of answering.

I called the East Gate branch for two days and no one answered the phone the Varro for 37421 location put my package In a parcel box and left me the wrong key I kept the key to try and contact the post office to let them know what happened but no one answered then the next day there was another key in the parcel box and no package so I called to report it to be investigated she took down my information and said to call my local branch I did and received no answer this had been going on for 4 days now I called the East branch this morning twice and no answer I have no package and can’t talk yo no one to report it ….
This is the WORST post office!!! The mail carrier keeps putting my mail in my neighbors box, putting stuff in my box then taking it out. And I'm missing an expensive package they claimed got delivered to my home!!! And when you go in the attitude isn't good!!!!
Didn't get my package, tracking number says it was returned to carrier at customers request, which I didn't request. Spoke to downtown office and they can't see anything on their side and you phone line has a busy signal.
