I live in Fayetteville Tennessee. The normal mail Carrier for the route toy house is rude, and very unprofessional.. I have had several pieces of mail undelivered to my box This person obviously has something going on. Checks.. credit cards...and personal information for some reason never makes it to my box Today is February 25 2022 and still waiting on my pay check sent out on the 18 the of Febuary. A package I ordered has been put on my informed delivery as removed from transit after it made it and said delivery today...WOW . I'm trying to find a lawyer to sue ...I should not have to have my pay check .... Identity or valuable information stolen from me via USPS employee because they having issues...WTF...get it together USPS...YOU Suck!!!!! I'll never trust sending or receiving anything through Your service again.

Our postal carrier refuses to deliver any packages to our home because of our dog. I have informed delivery, Saturday I was to receive 2 pieces of of mail and a package - small enough to fit in the box. I was on my porch watched him pull up, open the box and leave. He left nothing in the box and them Amazon notified me that our package was undeliverable. We have told the carrier and someone at the Oakwood Station to leave our packages at the mail box. This is the 3rd time in a month he has done this - my packages are being shipped back to Amazon. I have filed 2 complaints with Amazon. I will make my 3rd trip to the post office on Oakwood Drive about this today. We have asked to speak to a supervisor but they are never there and will not return a call. It appears to me that the postal service just does not care about customer service. I have been in customer service over 30 years if I pulled this I would not be employed.

This year post office @ 37415 closed access to boxes at night and afternoons on weekends. The lobby used to be open 24/7. The new closing times for Sat and Sun. are posted on door and states that doors will be locked at 4:00. Yesterday (3/7/21) I went to collect my mail at 3:40. The door was locked. No note or indication why lobby was closed. I needed my mail for an appointment early this morning. Not good. If you're going to arbitrarily change times of business, maybe you should inform the public.

I dislike posting a negative review but since I can’t reach anyone by phone I’m writing my complaint here. I have called before to explain that I am handicapped so I have to wait for my neighbor to get my mail. The most recent issue is that my mail woman has left a clearly marked perishable package in my mailbox instead of leaving the package on my front porch. Cramming this box in my mailbox has not only resulted in spoiled food but I got a notice that they weren’t able to deliver a small package because there wasn’t room!!!!! I know the job delivering mail can be hard but this is your job!!!!!!!

Same here. My package seems stuck in Chattanooga Regional Distribution Ctr. My package went in an almost perfect circle around my address to Knoxville, Nashville and now seems stuck in Chattanooga. My address in almost perfect center of the triangle of these 3 cities. I'm sorry but from here on out, I'm going to insist and even pay extra if need be, to request FedEx or UPS.

May 22 was expecting a delivery and went to mail box while mail lady was filling boxes. Noticed there was no package for me and had already been notified it was delivered. Talked to mail lady about it and she said no package. After she drove away I went to Queens Lace Trl. It’s one street before mine and knocked on same house number as mine and they had my package which was delivered to their mail box by the same mail lady. Thankfully I got my package but this mail lady was not my regular mail man but she needs to be more careful!

I have called a dozen times, only to wait and get a busy signal. Do your employees not have to answer the phone?

Our mail used to arrive between 10:00 AM & noon. Then for years it was between noon & 2:00 PM. We have a new carrier & we don't get our mail until after 4:00 PM. Several times the mail has been left after we have closed. Several years ago, our outgoing mail (which had checks to our vendors) was stolen out of our mailbox and our bank account was compromised for thousands of dollars. Yesterday, December 11, 2017 the mail carrier had not run until after 5:20 pm, so we had to take the outgoing mail out of the box and hand deliver to the Shallowford Post office. This morning, there was mail in the box with checks from our customers in the mail box all night. We have never had this issue before during the holiday season. Can we not get our mail before 5:00 PM? Perhaps this route needs to be split up among two carriers so the mail will be delivered in a timely manner.

My package was jammed my mail box so hard I about broke my finger nails trying to get it out. This has happened before. I don't get a lot of big packages, but when I do I expect some courtesy in handling them.

Steve Walton and Henry Oxenhide were extremely rude, condescending, and unhelpful in the business mail unit. I spend thousands of dollars with the USPS each and every month in first class mail. When we needed help figuring out bulk mail, they acted as if we were a remarkable imposition instead of a valued customer. They treated my administrative assistant very, very poorly. They have no business working directly with consumers and should be placed in operations where the only people they deal with are other postal employees. These two would not make it a minute in a real job where poor customer service has consequences. Additionally, I called the postmaster, Fred Peterson, and never heard back from his office - although his assistant was very nice, polite, and a model for what other postal employees might emulate.

I have a complaint. No one answers the phone at Shallowford Rd. Chattanooga and the 800 number is a waste of time! What kind of service is this? How is somebody suppose to complain on the phone, is the PO interested?

Put mail in box (flag up) on 1/26 AM - picked up on 1/30 - 5 DAYS! We have found mail in the street, in the mud, we've had persons bring us mail that they find in their mail box and in their driveway. Never delivers to correct box -- two boxes Suite 102 and Suite 108. And the USPS DOES NOT CARE. We have kept pictures to document and we have reported this more than once. SW District Office and Store 8150 East Brainerd Road, Suite 102 and Suite 108 Chattanooga, TN 37412
