You had a Harris county sheriff deputy trepassed a man that was sidewalk walk .you all post 7 first amendment construction audit .then employees come out attack him .this disgusting behavior from a post office you have now opened yourself up for a federal lawsuit .the postmaster needs to be aware of this your employees acted bad wanting to fight this man then trepassed him from a sidewalk your stupid so is the Harris county sheriff your post and police department are going in lawsuit congrats for being stupid you all read your post 7 rules of the post office .

My very expensive parcel was shown as delivered to me on 9/22/21. It was not in my mailbox, nor anywhere in or around my porch or front door. I did not receive this package and am asking if someone from this location would please contact me as soon as possible.Thanks so much!

There was an envelope with an eBay sticker that was not delivered on the date of August 16th as it states. It is now August 19th and I'm still waiting. You people never answer your phone. I'm not happy with them.My package for josh coleman who lives in Summerville was delivered to them and now they don't know where it is.I think they should be asking the delivery people about it.Somebody had to take it out of the building so my son and family will not get Christmas from me.

I live in Summerville Sc in the Corey woods area and every day our mail courier comes late as hell every single time. THE time posted on the website is not real y'all I wish it was a better way

The first incident the key given to us in our box wouldn't work in the community box for the neighborhood, so I didn't force it and called the post office. We were told to have my husband wait outside to catch the person delivering mail to get our package....fine. Now someone has broken a key off into THE SAME community mailbox (I already reported was faulty) in the North Creek Village part of Nexton and now two weeks have passed... I have called and spoken with an employee at least twice. On 02/10/2020 The Summerville post office on Gum Street told me that the employee delivering mail would bring it to my house so I waited all day for someone on 02/11/2020, waste of time and I should not have believed it in the first place. To top it off someone else in the neighborhood was being a kind person and wrote a note on the mailbox stating that the key was broken into the mailbox. I'm sorry to to be an inconvenience but it's post office's job to not only notice a key broken off into the mailbox and not to stick more mail into the same box but also to deliver the packages/fix the problem. Please just free my puppy's toys, this is just ridiculous.

My wife and I just learned, after noticing that certain bills had not been paid, that there was a theft of the mail drop-off box at the post office in early November. To my knowledge, there was no public acknowledgement of the this theft! Now we are on the hook for over $100 in cancelled checks in order to reissue our payments.

I have never experienced such horrible service! I placed an online order and not only did they not deliver my package, they left it at the post office and never notified me it was there. I had re-order my goods. This time, it says it was delivered and it wasn't! I tried calling the 1-800 number only to have a recording tell me there was a 2 1/2 hour wait for a representative. Yes 2 1/2 hours! I called the local number and kept getting a busy signal with the message (user busy). I called a few hours later at 2:30 and got a message stating I was hearing the message because it was outside of the normal business hours, which were just stated as 9:00am-4:30pm. "Press '0' for the secretary" same message as above. Then I tried filing a formal issue on the website only to get to the last page asking me to click on a link, which I did and guess what? The link is broken! Due to the post office being 30 minutes away, I would have to take off of work to drive up there and probably be told some BS about why people cant do their jobs? I work too! That is why I ordered online to have my stuff delivered! My husband ordered something from a different retailer and his has also not arrived! Oh and I moved and tried to add a forwarding address, after filling everything out online, I entered my CC number to pay the $1.05 fee and it said the address for my card didn't match up! Yes it does! I tripled checked on the site and called my bank. I check the old house for my mail as well. Every single vendor I have worked with had no problem switching our address, and getting services I pay for taken care of, why can't you?

Summerville mail carriers ,specifically the ones who service White Gables are the most inept I have ever dealt with. I keep getting other people's mail. I Leave it in the box with return to sender or no longer at this a dress, it never gets picked up.I have been to the local post office twice. I The first time I went I filled out a slip that showed only names of the people in pur household.We still got others mail. And the routine continued.I saw the mail person in my neighbor hood and told her of concern she said it was her. I go back to the post office and saw another post master and was told I could throw away anything that said presorted. So I would sort the mail and omg it was a person's credit card. Again the mail that did not say presented nut with someone else's name still gets left in my mail box and never picked up.I mentioned it again to the mail carrier in neighorhood and she said they would get it, not that she would. I thought mail carriers had to take a test and had to know how to read.

I presently have the worst mail carrier I have ever had. I’m furious. Just this week 10-9-2018 to 10-13-2018 I have had mail delivered to the wrong address on my street. On Tuesday 10-9-2018 the carrier delivered a package to the wrong address but fortunately my neighbor brought it to us. Yesterday I was notified that a package I was expecting was delivered to my front porch. Funny because we were sitting on the front porch when the carrier came by. She put mail in our box but never delivered a package to our porch! At this time I don’t know who my package was delivered to. How about hiring someone that does her job good! For the past month i have been receiving other people's mail in my mail box. i have notified my mail lady and it still keeps happening. Please take care of this. i have not received a check in the mail that i was supposed to receive last month. i am afraid that someone else has my mailand is not returning it to the post office or the mail lady.

Not a review a complaint or question. My address is 911 Comet Creek Lane. I received an email message that my package had been delivered to my box. They lie there was no package delived to my box. Horrible delivery speed I got games from gamefly 3 days ago. Guess what THEY ARE NOT HERE I may need to get a lawyer to fix this stupid mistake of a post office
