I'm having a continuing problem with my mail being late, bills, letters, medical forms etc.. I'm aware of the epidemic that's upon upon us, but, is there anything we can do together to make things better. Some bills are due on the 14th, I mail them on the 3rd and they still haven't arrived. please help.
Who ever is delivering mail to Winslow Lane is not reading the mail box numbers. I found someone elses mail in my box and then put the mail in the correct boxes and found someone elses mail in those boxes (These were in the wrong box too). Please ensure they check the numbers. I dont know if I received any mail because I couldnt find mine.
I received my box from HSN today. The box was already opened and only two inches on both ends were still taped together. I am missing two Lancôme products that I already paid for that were not in the box. Also the body lotion had the safe Seal already broken open on it. I have been on hold for over an hour trying to contact the post office at Oakbrook since they deliver our mail. An hour and a half or More? for the post office to answer the phone??? ridiculous.
I understand that with Hurricane Dorian this week, that there would be some disruption in mail service, but 5 days??? It would be nice if the Postal Service would post a notice on their website as to when we can expect to have our mail service restored. I know the Oakbrook Branch won't read this, but a little knowledge goes a log way in people understanding why they aren't getting there mail.
Oakbrook towers, Summerville SC The service to Oakbrook Towers is horrible when our regular mail person is off/takes a vacation/sick. The subs have no idea what they are doing! Do you not train them? Our building locks the doors at 5 PM and the mail never comes until after 5PM. Our regular mail person delivers between 12 and 2 pm. They don't pick up the out going mail. They don't deliver all our packages or mail. This needs to be looked into. NOW!!!!!!
I am very disappointed with the rate of service with our mail carrier. We typically have 2 ladies that switch off as our carrier. One carrier rushes atvthe boxes and delivers mail into the wrong mailboxes and often doubles back to redeliver items she forgot the first time. The other carrier is better with mail but rough with packages. With this particular carrier, I have caught her on outdoor security camera twice now (1st time March 2017 and Today, June 2017) tossing a package down, hitting the door bell and walking off quickly as not to have to interact with the customer. Thankfully neither of these packages have been of a fragile nature because had they been, they surely would have ben damaged by her careless attitude. Do better carriers!
We have had the same mail carrier, Kathy for many years and she is great. We now have a new carrier lady that delivers on Mondays. She is nice but she loses mail or mis-delivers it and packages.
I have had to chase down a package and we have been missing mail. I have lost a paycheck and my client does not error in sending my my checks. Recently a check was sent in mid march and still has not been received. I confirmed my client sent the check to my correct home address 2 Fridays ago but still not recieved which is harming my income. I feel disorganization is an issue with the new carrier. Can she get better training, or can we get a different carrier distributing to our area.
I work from home and have products delivered for my business as well as payments and this has become a recent development in the past few months when for the past many years it was never an issue. Also I have seen the new carrier gal outside of her vehicle on her phone arguing so she must be distracted when she works.

Today I had an unpleasant phone experience with Connie at the Oakbrook post office. She was rude, spoke over me, and had a foul attitude. Connie should not be allowed to do phone calls with the public. She refused to assist me which has resulted in me not knowing where my child's Christmas gift is two days before Christmas. The company from which I purchased the gift apologized and refunded me. Perhaps I should wrap up the cash in a post office box and put it under the tree.
