Slow Service, Always one Person Working in the lobby. They Need Better Employee’s & A New Boss. Need Better Training also they making alot of mistakes just to send a simple package. They are supposed to close 4 o’clock but the closed 3:55 With People still coming in. The Need A New team

The supervisor(s) in that place needs to be replaced by someone that knows what their doing. Customer service is poor to say the least, and they treat their employees like garbage, so that flack get spread to the people of St.Matthews. If they don't like someone they will compromise your mail, and the police of St.Matthews for some reason will not do their jobs when it comes to harassment from postal employees. Last I checked if you mess with someone mail, that's a federal offense, so state workers are useless when it comes to that. yet another reason why government and cops cant be trusted.
