Post mail carrier/deliverer does not close the mailboxes lids. Our mail gets wet and damaged on the Kennerly Road and Gold Drive, Orangeburg...Since this carrier was hired...Terrible service!!!!!!
I have been having an issue with getting my mail go over a month now the mail man is telling me my address is wrong when dpu and 911 say my address is not wrong so he is sending my mail bk I’m trying to figure out what authority he has to do this!!! Then the kicker is I’ve been get my light bill but as soon as a said something about it i stop getting my light bill I’m sick of this the police will be involved next!!!!
USPS worker came to pick up a broken item that was delivered by fedex the day before. Walmart scheduled for usps to pick u the broken item and transport it back to them. The USPS worker came to pick it but the next day other USPS worker came and brought it back to me and left the item on the ground and said she could not take it back with her when the item was supposed to be going back to Walmart. Very unprofessional.
I have had terrible mail service for quite some time. Have not received mail for the last 2 days. 776 Beason Rd. Everyone I checked with on this road says same thing. No mail delivered. This has got to be corrected immediately!!!!!! A package should have arrived yesterday. Nothing. This is past ridiculous!!!!!
My mail delivery person is awesome. Has been doing it for years and it’s always nice to see him. He’s always been kind and helpful. Supervisor on 4/20/2020 is terrible and failed to communicate anything. The other “supervisor “ answered the phone immediately with attitude. Love how they get to blame not doing there job on “the weather.” However the female “supervisor “ actually answered my question and gave a decent excuse as for why nobody could do their job.
Are there any changes in your schedule during Covid19 in the Orangeburg Office? Are people allowed to pickup packages that was undeliverable to residence .
I am not sure if I have a different mail carrier, but for the last 3 weeks, I have not received my mail in a timely manner (@ 2x's a week). When I do receive it it's bulky w/ rubber band holding items together. I get certain mail 3-4 X's weekly because of at home work I do. This has changed. It's hot but I need my mail delivered in a timely manner. I reside at 2475 Riley, Orangeburg,SC. Thanks
Our mail lady is not putting our mail in the box as she should ,haven't received our light bill from dpu for 2 months straight ,has an attitude when asked about it ,I've called orangeburg post office and complained multiple times
I live in Rowesville, SC and the lady who delivers the mail has an attitude. You stop her for something and she'll scowl at you. She acts like she would rather be scraping gum off the bottom of her shoe. Not friendly....I'd rather deal with FedEx and UPS, they are always friendly. Please fix this if you can.
I rarely post comments on services rendered but I must say, this is by far my worst experience with customer service. Called thrice a week before the arrival of my package for a change in address but the changes weren't made. Instead my package was shipped to a wrong address and the last agent I phoned was a bit rude.
