Package delivery sux big time. Have an order that was out for delivery today that contains medication. We have an open driveway with no obstructions in a normal well accessed neighborhood, it is daylight and even had the garage door open. They flagged the shipment as undeliverable because of no access to the delivery site. BULL SHIT> It was raining, so you didn't want to get wet..!!!!!! Tell the truth.............

Counter employees were extremely friendly and helpful and apologized for the wait even when I was only number 2 in line.

Went by the Wilson Street post office yesterday around 3:00 pm to drop some mail in the drive thru drop box. The box was so full that mail was actually falling out!!!! These are big boxes! When were they last emptied? I could not believe this. I would have parked and came in to report this, but had an appointment. Tried to call this morning. Took 20 minutes to get to the right option and am still waiting on a 55 minute call back wait!!! Mail is important. Now I see why mail is missing and takes forever to get to it’s destination. This really needs to be addressed immediately. Is there someone else I can report this to who really cares? We have mail delivery problems in our neighborhood on Gatsby Circle.

In the last year this is the worst service by the USPS in my life time. Mail going to the wrong address ,, mail not received plus our mail is to be delivered at the front door , ( handi-capped ) but always delivered to the street. Seems as though we have a different carrier every other week. And they say they need a bailout ,,, what a JOKE this service is.

This past summer we had our mail forwarded to temporary address (2 months) it was our understanding that all first class mail would be forwarded. This did not happen. Much of the mail was returned to sender. We incurred at least $75 in fines due to their failure to properly do their job.

Three times in the past week, I have had packages from Amazon delivered late or not at all. The carrier has also scanned packages as delivered when they were not received. This indicates delivery to the wrong address or unable to deliver due to running late. When the regular carrier is off, mail delivery is pushed to the 8 pm limit and many mistakes are made. It appears there are serious training problems with Rock Hill USPS

This past Saturday, the mail delivered to Tyson Forest in Rock Hill was delivered to all the wrong addresses. Everyone on Runnymede was exchanging mail and hopefully everyone got there own mail. Was there a reason for this. The street numbers are on the mail boxes so this doesn’t make sense

I recently received a 2017 calendar which was in a large envelope very plainly marked as a calendar. The carrier folded it in half to get it in my mailbox. This ruined the calendar. If the object is too large for the mailbox, it should either be left at the front door or a pickup slip should be left for post office pickup.
