No one answering phone. I simply want to pick up a medication that tracking says has been delivered to post office. I will not be here for delivery at home for a week and I do not want the medication sitting out in the heat for a week. I will come to the post office. Hopefully someone can help if I show up there.

I did not receive a package that you said was delivered. 5 books for grandson. I was to receive a call back from the lady at the front desk after she checked on it, but she never called me. Bad service.

Again my mail was placed in wrong mailbox. This happens all the time and while I have complained to the post office (in person since I cannot reach anyone by phone) nothing seems to be done about this situation. I hope you can talk to the mailman about correcting this and being more careful with his deliveries. The cost of postage certainly warrants good service. Thank you.

Driver just decided not to deliver a package; took it back to the post office and now low and behold the tracking states it is undeliverable. What is going on with this Post Office?!?!?

Nezzie, it has happened again! Todays driver dropped 2 cases of food on the floor of the garage today and took off. My preference that I have filed with USPS is that my packages are delivered to the front door. This is Sunday, 6/20/21, and the driver blew by around 1:00pm. Please speak with this person again . I am frustrated! Look forward to hearing from you.

We have had notification from the post office via email that there is mail delivered. However our mailbox remains empty. Is it delivered to the wrong box? Our name and condo number is inside the mailbox. We have been receiving mail up until the last two day. We need this as there are bills to pay.

I have received a tracking number (LY075445989CN) for a package that has been shown being processed thru Shenzchou, China on April 11, 2020 but has not not shown any updates since then. How can I get an estimated arrival date in Myrtle Beach?

I have been calling the post office since 9:30 and I keep getting the message that it opens at 9:30. I tried to get my mail yesterday in box #2, since my mail had been on hold since February 1 and the key she left in my box would not open the box and is now stuck. I live at 609 Harbor Bay Drive.

Not a big fan of this office. My old postman Joe Turner I believe in Wachasaw Plantation was terrific, went above and beyond!. I have move 2 miles and the service is less than desirable at best. Not very pleasant to deal with, misses packages consistently, doesn't make an effort at all to fix problems, just complains about them. Wouldn't wish employees like this on anyone. The office is fine, but don't like the short Saturday hours and there needs to be a 24 hour package drop off location not just mailboxes. I can never drop my packages off when my postal person misses picking them up as there is nowhere to put them inside the post office or ourside, the boxes are too shall to accommodate my packages

The Murrells Inlet Post office is Very Dirty. The floors do not appear to have been swept ALL year, maybe longer.

I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to a Murrells Inlet postal courier.
I was delivering furniture to a house down off Seacoast Dr. and wasn't able to lift the HEAVY dresser & chest....This gentleman stopped, got out of his truck, and helped me carry both pieces up a tall flight of stairs. ...THANKS!!! I only know his first name..Rod..Thanks again Rod!..
