I would like to know how I can get in touch with the postmaster about an issue my mother had with her mail carrier. What is the number and who is that person? I also would like to have a face-to-face meeting to discuss how the mail carrier acted unprofessionally and disrespectfully to my 76-year-old mother. A solution needs to come to this matter immediately. 1) remove the mail carrier to another route and find a new person to deliver my mother's mail 2) also suggest the mail carrier that is being removed from my mother's route, go through customer service/ people skill training and conflict resolution training. She needs it if she is working for you.

I live in Cambridge Place on Hwy378. Don’t know who our mail carrier is, but I’m SICK and TIRED of them leaving the mailbox open. Last 2 times it has rained my mail has been soaking wet. I have left a note on the mailbox asking them to close it and it doesn’t do any good!! You can ride thru the neighborhood and see all the boxes open. PLEASE address this issue. Thanks

I live in the 29072 zip code..very close to the Main St Post Office. I have no problems with any of the employees, I commend them for working in those conditions! Our Post Master is responsible for the horrific conditions in that location. While Lexington continues to grow this PO is ridiculously small and under staffed! And could you please FIX THE SCALE AND PULL BOX for packages so that we can at least use them!! I continually go to the Irmo PO because it is remarkable in comparison. So first fix everything and second Move to a larger location so all of us who want to use our PO can!! Thanks for listening!

I complained several weeks ago that this location closed to early on Saturdays. This location is in the middle of Downtown Lexington, Surrounded by 100's of businesses.. I have a home based business and when I get an order on Saturday mornings I like to send it to my customer ASAP. When I last wrote the drop off for mail in the lobby and outside on Saturday was 2:45 PM.. Today 8.18.18 I took my customers order to drop it of BUT,,, The new drop off time is 12 PM. Once again I had to drive to the location on S. Lake drive they still close at 2:45.. Please do not call me or send an email like you did the last time. I am afraid you might just lock the door and pull up the drop box outside... YOU ARE NOT SERVIING YOUR COMMUNITY. YOUR ARE AN OBSTAICLE TO THAT END

The last two months we have had our mail delivered to a different address ( 4 different bills and shipments). The last shipment was delivered to another address in which the person only checks their mail once a week so the package was left in the box and all the containers melted from the heat. This shipment cost me about $60.00 and no one will answer the phone at the post office!! Does no one care anymore!!!!
