This location closes at 5pm yet sternly denied me service at 4:59. I was so embarrassed to be told “we are closed” twice without even hearing that I just needed stamps. The woman before me said she just got there and was told she’d be the last customer. If your store hours say your open and if there are several other customers inside already what’s one more. Business hours are business hours. Employees can’t make up there own hours and pick and choose which customers are worth servicing. Where is the customer service in 2021.

Tom our new mail person, is by far the nicest postal officer I have encountered.
I recently moved here from Florida, things were so bad there we moved our business and I have been investigating, changing the way we send our business mail all together.
Since moving here, I keep waiting for things to get bad...but they just keep getting better. Our customers are so pleased that things are arriving so much faster. I am pleased that I am getting my mail :)
Tom has been informative, professional, and state of the art customer service. I have never encountered such professionalism from the USPS since I started my business 6 years ago.

Either a few days before Christmas or a few days after Christmas I dropped off two boxes approximately 18" sq. x 3ft long containing 85 calendars in mailing tubes. A mailing label and $4.00 in postage affixed to each tube. The boxes were open for inspection and the counter attendant asked if he could leave them in the box or if I wanted the boxes back. I did not want the boxes. Much to my surprise the two boxes just returned to my office via UPS and none of the calendars had been mailed. I'm not happy!!! My customers should have had 2019 calendars by now. I have returned to your facility to mail these items, made sure your people took the calendars out of the box and placed them in the mailing bins. I even asked for the boxes back so I could dispose of them, thus preventing this from happening again.
Thought you should know.
And while I have your attention there are many times when my usual mail carrier, Tommy, is not delivering due to day(s) off your substitute carrier may not pick up my mail, sometimes for days.
