Your service never brings my packages to my door. I have front and back porch that they used to drop them off on. Now I have to pick them up every time I order anything. I have work, I never make it in time!

We seem to have an issue with pkg delivery. We've tried for a couple of weeks to resolve this issue. Seems our carrier just picks and choose what they want to deliver and to whom. In the past, pkgs were always delivered to our door. I know for a fact the carrier comes thru Hillsdale senior park to deliver mail and pkgs. This needs to get fixed once and for all. Pkg have delivered to our home recently, and for unknown reason the carrier does not attempt to deliver. I got a notice for ltr. Signature required, never attempted to come to our home. Yes, we were home, I've been ill. I refuse to drive 15+ miles to get mail. If this does not get fixed soon, I will contact the media to look into this further. Our address is 464 Gardner Road #113. I expect a response within a couple of days or I will take further action.

I was walking on sunday morning in Richmond when a mail truck passed me. He was driving at a higher rate of speed than posted for this area in Camelot Estates. I also saw the same carrier on the unpaved section of Gardiner Rd He failed to slow down to minimize the amount of dust that the mail truck was causing. Again due to the speed that he was traveling. It is a common courtesy that when passing a pedestrian on a dirt road that you would slow down at least to the appropriate speed designated for that rd.
